I like everything about this bodysuit except it does not cover my bottom fully. It rides up and leaves a panty line. The bra is very supportive, and my tummy is very flat. When wearing it I do not notice I even have it on except for the riding up on my bottom. Cindy from Northern CA

By far the best bodysuit that I've ever owned. I've had many different styles and brand through the years, but I found this one to be the most comfortable and best fitting. This garment is ok. Doesn't really smooth out tummy or sides. A bit uncomfortable down their when walking. Its hard to unstrap and strap back when using the rest room. I think it should be reverse.

I have worn this bodysuit for many years and love it. I have tried others only to return them as unsatisfactory. This garment fits well, is confortible to wear and lasts a long time, holding it's shape for at least 6 months with daily washing. Believe me when I tell you this is the best bodyshaper out there! I have used the 1291 model off & on for over 25 years and had tried others throughout the years. This body shaper is the best I have ever used. It has great support and comfort. The black shaper is made better than the champagne colored one. The black shaper is made with great wide elastic straps that don't pinch the shoulders.There are are no seams or lines that would be seen through clothes or cause discomfort. I have tried other shapers throughout the years. ! I hope VaBien continues to make the wide straps and hope they will made the champagne colored shaper with the wider straps also. OMG!!!!! I love it!!!!!! The fit was prefect, every part of my body felt great and look good in my clothes. I was looking for this Control Bodysuit for a year, because a lot of the store don't carry it, but they need to because it does wonders for your body, I know it does for me. I would give this shapewear five stars BUT the lace on the cups is so fragile that after a few washings it develops holes. Hand washing lasts a little longer but for the price needs stronger cup fabric. It is comfortable, easy to wear, controls well but could use wider straps for those of us who are more buxom. This had good, strong control but was too long in the torso for me (about 5'4"). At first, I thought I could make it work, but the extra length was not comfortable or convenient. I've worn this Va Bien style undergarment for 19 years. A local finer retail chain discontinued carrying this style and I wore substitutes that I was not pleased with until finding HerRoom. Over the years the materials used in the manufacture of this undergarment has changed. The feel is not as conforming, does not offer the extent of back support it once did, the lacy portion in the cups area is fragile and susceptible to snagging and ripping, and does not seem to has as long a life. I always tried to keep a few on hand to rotate them for longer use life--but price has limited that practice. I've been very satisfied with the customer service from HerRoom in ordering this item exclusively and have had only one occasion of a delay in securing the product because of back order. All considering I hope Va Bien does not discontinue is production of this style as it is far better than any of it other body briefers for me. Lucretia from San Diego, CA, US
