These are exactly what I was looking for. No buttons, no unnecessary attachment, opaque. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I have worn gowns like this (not quite as nice) for years but this is the first time I've been able to replace them. I'm delighted to be able to sleep this comfortably again. This item was purchased for my mother-in-law, who is in her late 60's, specifically to wear as a day gown in the hospital while recovering from surgery. She has been a long-time fan of Shadowline and had asked for my help as she couldn't find them in stores anymore. The gown is lovely, and the unanimous opinion of the granddaughters is that it makes her look like a princess!! We pair it with the matching robe, but it's also lovely on its own. Brooke from TX

I bought this nightie for my mother who is 87, as this is the only style she likes and I've never seen it anywhere else. I've now bought 2 of them, and we are so pleased with them. The colors are so nice, and there is a pretty embroidered part, but not too much extra design. Medium size was just right for her, and the fabric is so silky and comfortable for her. Why do you offer this gown in just 2 colors???? And, they are light colors on top of that!! I'm very disappointed that Shadowline has discontinued their gowns. I can't find anyone who makes gowns with the Opaque Nylon. Also, we don't want light colors, we want some darker colors that you can't see through.
