This is a great bra, and exactly what I was looking for. Not too much padding, and the perfect amount of coverage. The cup is slightly large on me; it would be awesome if they made a 34AA, but this will do. I wear a 36A in the Timpa unpadded lace, and the cup/fit is perfect. Laura from Chicago, IL

Just received this bra in black, 32 A. It fits like a dream! I bought my first Timpa bra a few years ago online because someone had mentioned to me that they fit smaller breasts perfectly. I was SHOCKED when I received it in the mail--I don't know if I'd ever felt anything like it. It was like I'd gone all these years wearing ill-fitting bras without knowing what they were supposed to feel like! I'm 5'4" and have a very petite frame and Timpa's never let me down. I feel like a woman in these bras. I hate padded bras with a passion but love a bra with a little push-up action. Timpa delivers in this aspect. A small tip I got years ago which I follow religiously now--If you have a small chest, try cutting the underwire out of an old bra and seeing how it feels. I've found that I can wear many bras that gapped at the top. Getting rid of the underwire lets the cups lay flatter on your breasts and if you have small ones, there's no need for them anyway. Timpa's demi bras are perfectly comfortable and sexy for me. I wish the lace version of this bra came in more colors. I have barely-A-sized boobs. I have wide shoulders but a tiny waist and am fairly skinny. So I often have trouble finding a bra that fits both my shoulders (32 is generally too small, 34 is great) AND my small lil humps (AA has no interesting styles, sexy and cute bralettes that fit are hard to find so I have always gone to 34A sizing). ling from nyc

Bra band is made for very small/thin rib cages. I am size 4 and small busted, but the band was entirely too tight. The band felt like it was a size 30, maybe 32. The cups felt very "pointy", a bit inflexible. I returned for another item. SP from W/NC/USA

My rating is based solely on the fit of the bra. This bra was far too big for me though I followed the guidelines for fit. Timpa's underwire demi-bra in 36A fits perfectly so while the guidelines for that bra worked for me, the same guidelines did not work for this bra. So I'm still on the lookout for an AA bra (smooth on the outside) to wear under t-shirts and sweaters!

Timpa Response:The cotton runs larger than the Timpa Duet Lace Demi Bra 16449 sister style. This is due to the fabrics. While the lace on 16449 is stretchy, the cotton is even stretcher. Please size down. Nancy from Wichita, KS, USA

I love this bra. It's incredibly comfortable. It's the first bra I've ever had that does not ride up during the course of the day. That, and I'm small busted, and it still fits nicely. I'm buying another, and I hope Timpa makes this bra for a long time. Curiously, the unpadded cotton Timpa bra does not fit me well, as the cups are too big and pooch. Miranda from San Diego, CA

So nice to finally find bras for small people. I am 5'11" and small boned. I could fit a pair of tennis socks in a "standard" A cup. Timpa is a wonderful company - hooray! Sara

This bra is comfortable. The cups are soft and flexible. I really like the cut but my small breasts didn't look quite right along the top edge (there was a bit of a gap) so I am sending it back. I think it would be perfect for anyone with a slightly fuller bust, maybe a full A or small B. Kirsti from Thousand Oaks CA
