Not as sturdy as expected but fit well. Probably should have ordered the petite size. bonnie from us

Very flimsy, thin and feel like they could easily tear. sandra from USA

I've ordered these for years from your company, this is the first time (and I ordered twice for this order) that the flaps are headed in the wrong direction...toward the inside. I searched online and found that the ones you carry now are indeed 'unusual' and they are harder to put on, easier to fall out of place.

The Natural Response: As many shoulder pads as we have sold we have never had a complaint about the flaps before. We checked the direction of the flaps from the Natural and compared them to another shoulder pad company we have and the flap goes the same direction. Barbara from MD

I purchased two pair. One in petite (for under blouses, summer clothing, etc.) And the regular size will be worn under winter clothing (heavy sweaters, jackets). They arrived quickly and I am very satisfied. This was a good company to work with on-line, and the shoulder pads arrived attractively packaged. Florence from Barnegat, nj

I bought the petite size and the regular size. Petite is a normal size and gives a soft look under sweaters. the regular size is a little too large and bulky. Shipping was fast. Happy with service. goldengategirl from California

I wear shoulder pads because I'm busty and they kind of help balance me out. Also the straps from my bras have left impressions in my shoulders that show under my tops sometimes. I like these shoulder pads , although I wish they were a little bit thinner. I have found that they stay put under a lot of my clothes without using the flaps. And once in a while I secure them with double sided tape. Cindi

I would like to see them made a little bit smaller. I'm glad that I decided not to get the bigger sized shoulder pads. Marilyn from Plainfield, IL. USA

They could come a little less far up the neck, but overall, I like them for over sized tunics. KJT from Houston

Stay in place better than most shoulder pads - but they come FAR up your shoulder. Makes them hard to wear under anything that has a boat or v-neck. kjt from Houston

This is a good product, but the flap that slips under the bra strap is a little too flimsy. It is starting to tear already. Regardless, I still like them! Marlena from Denver, CO

They are OK, but when you put the flap under your bra strap, they stick out under whatever you are wearing. They really don't stay in place very well. Would not recommend.

HerRoom Response: We noticed that you state you are petite. We are seeing that petite women are not having a successful fit. Jule from San Antonio, Tx, USA

I had to abandon them because they did not stay put and even climbed down one arm. They seemed to fit my shoulders perfectly and I put them on securely under the bra straps but the system did not work. Anne from United States

Extremely pleased with this product. Easy to tuck under straps and stays in place. The different sizes gives you a choice on the height of the pad. No more bulky foam pads that have to be sewn into your garment. Melanie from Early, TX

These pads are great - just what I was looking for - and so easy to wear with all my blouses and sweaters. They make me look taller and not so round-shouldered. Nancy

I am very pleased that the pads provide so much height. I had purchased others elsewhere before trying these, and the others never gave me the lift that these do. I am concerned with the flaps. I have trouble getting them under my bra straps without struggling a bit and I fear this will result in tearing them at the corners ( this happened with my others). I wish they could retain the same lift ( or even a wee bit more) but have more substantial flaps - maybe a snap or something more secure. I also wish they came in white and black as well as nude. Lastly, I am unable to wear them wtih some dresses because they extend too far towards my neck and hence show outside the dress. Thank you. Miss L from New York

It is a really slim line, too slim for me. I would have preferred a thicker middle. I also do not like the rubber flap. I prefer the velcro closure.y. Vickie from Cornwall on Hudson, NY USA

It's very well made. However I find it a little too thick. I ended up cutting about a quarter inch from my neck to allow it to lie better. Also, I would prefer the opening that connect to the bra be faced the other way so that it goes under the bra from the neck side rather than from the shoulder side. Next time, I will probably order the slim line just to try the difference. But I am very happy I have all these choices. And I am thrilled with the way the company handled the purchase. For someone like me who has very narrow shoulders, these pads give a nice, natural look. My only complaint is that they're a bit difficult to position when putting them on. Allison from Vienna, VA

The flip part that goes under the bra strap isn't long enough to stay put on my Spanx racer back bra. It's fine for the others. Diane from Green Valley, AZ

I ordered both the petite and the slim, and I liked the slim much better. The petite is quite bulky. I did not like the way they fit under the bra strap (going from the outside in) nearly as much as another brand which goes from the inside (neck) out to the shoulder.

The Natural Response: Thank you for sending this over, truth be told, shoulder pads will not fit everyone the same way. We have 3 sizes and shoulders are one of the more interesting body parts for the simple reason that no two pairs are the same. We have sized these based on an average size woman of regular proportion and petite proportion and the slim line is to give a subtle shoulder for someone who does not want a very strong shoulder. That being said, everyone will feel differently about shoulder pads, especially if they are not used to wearing. Ellen from Mequon/WI

I have been looking for a shoulder pad that does not make me look like a football player, and these are perfect for my frame. Very happy with this purchase. Maria from Chicago, IL

They are comfortable and will do but they don't extend over the edge of my shoulder where I need the width. Need the width from Arizona

The foam is not not as sturdy as I expected. I am afraid that I am going to rip them whenever I put them on. The flaps that go under the bra do not really stay under the straps. They seem to be serving me well and your customer service was great. cheryl from ohio

I have a fairly narrow shoulder frame. The petite shoulder pads were still a little too large for me. They stayed in place fairly well, but I would have liked some double-sided tape in addition to the strap flap that was provided. However, they accomplished my goal of bringing my shoulders into proportion with my hips! Janet from Denver/CO/USA
