They are in the mail for return. They were old and rather brittle. Very disappointed in the shoulder pads condition. I have since found some at another retailer.

Coconut Grove Response: The Natural has been making shoulder pads in foam for a long time, we're sorry you got a pair that were damaged. Vicky from Orange, CA.

I'm having trouble with the pad moving around. I wonder if I should have selected a heavier or a larger size? I've been wearing for years a pad that was much larger and heavy. I'm a little disappointed in these pads and I purchased the nude and black.

Coconut Grove Response: The foam pad has flap to put under the bra strap to keep it from moving. They are made out of foam so they are going to be light. Freddie from Sacramento, CA USA

I inserted these pads permanently under the lining of a new leather jacket that was a bit droopy looking, and they have perked it up immensely without imparting that 80s football-player look. Before I sewed them into the jacket, I tried them as intended, sitting under a blouse. They're very stable and grippy, and they weigh practically nothing at all. I'm happy to see the return of moderate shoulder pads. These give a nice crisp line and more fully tailored look to everyday clothes. Anne from Portland, OR USA

I found these should pads to be to large for regular clothes. The next time I will order the slim line or petite. I do like the flaps that keep them in place. Nancy

Sometimes they move and show in neckline, but other than that they are nice. Vicki from Greenville, SC USA

I like these shoulder pads a lot. not to big or small. Thanks for having this product because I wore another pair for 10 yrs and they were shot. I panicked at the thought of not having my shoulder pads to make me look taller and well balanced. Now I am back to my old self! Thanks linda from Bloomington, IN, USA

They aren't what I thought they'd be. I feel that the flap should open on the top of the pad instead of the lower edge. A little difficult to place and I'm not overly fond of the foam.

Coconut Grove Response: The Natural has been making these shoulder pads for many years and the flap has always opened on the bottom of the pad. All shoulder pads flaps open on the bottom. Sheryl from NE 68922

I liked the shape and size of the shoulder pads but I see after wearing them a few times the flap is beginning to tear. For this reason I rated them a 2 star.

Coconut Grove Response: The shoulder pads are made of foam so you have to be very careful in fitting the flap under the bra strap as they can tear. Fran from Fremont CA

I loved the way the shoulder pads looked under my tops. They were not too big and not noticeable. However, the thin strip that goes under the bra strap tore the first time I wore them. They will not hold up. I bought 4 packs, so I will return the ones I have not worn. I do not recommend this product.

Coconut Grove Response: The shoulder pads are made of foam so you have to be very careful in fitting the flap under the bra strap as they can tear. Mary

I was so glad to find these shoulder pads. Most pads are very large and obvious. I don't want a "shoulder pad" look. I have very narrow shoulders, and just want them to look a little wider. These are perfect. Ann from Iowa City, IA

Great shoulder pads, not huge, not small just right. It stays perfectly in place when I tacked it under bra straps. I don't use the flaps. Irina from San Diego

I have always worn shoulder pads--clothes fit better with them on. These pads are perfect. The flap opens the opposite direction of ones I currently have, but I don't use them anyway. Very easy to order and shipping was immediate. Package was wrapped very pretty inside with tissue and ribbon. Very feminine and nice for such a small order. Janet from Bountiful

I love these shoulder pads! They're just the right size, I don't have to worry about them showing at my neckline. They give a nice amount of lift while looking natural. I'm going to buy another set just to have on hand. Joan from United States

These shoulder pads are perfect for me, in size, color and shape. They are also more substantial than other ones I purchased in the past. The other ones I have look great, covered in silky fabric, but they don't stay in place. These shoulder pads are great. Thanks for offering this product. They are larger pads that I expected, so the look is not as natural as I had hoped. Perhaps I should have ordered the "slim line." Jan from Fairfield Glade, TN USA

The flap that goes under the bra is small and I fear I'll lose a shoulder pad, though I have not. The size is perfect. Kathy from Willow Street, Pa

For my purposes, the slim line are more natural. Petite look like regular shoulder pad under a garment, and while I will use them, I like the less obtrusive slim line size. Catherine

Perfect for just that unobtrusive extra, to balance narrow shoulders with hips that are not fat, but simply older than they used to be! I now have a more youthful silhouette. Catherine

The thinness is perfect, but the flaps are uncomfortable and hard to adjust. I have to wear them on top of my bra. Deanne from Berkeley, California, USA

the slim line is just enough of soft shoulder height and roundness for a natural appearance. I first bought the "regular" size and had to cut them down as they were too much bulk. The slim line is a perfect fit. Patricia from San Francisco CA

Do not like that the flaps face toward neck. Other pads I have had from another company offer the flaps facing the end of the shoulder. Awkward to put on compared to my other shoulder pads. I would not order these pads again.

The Natural Response: We didn't know that companies faced the flaps different ways. We've always known the flaps to always face toward the neck. Karen from Woodridge, Illinois USA

Disappointing. Awkward to slip under bra straps and didn't look that good under clothes. Because I have to fasten my bra in front and slide it to the back, I'd prefer a shoulder pad with a more tenacious fastening. Ginny from Bangor, ME
