Teri Response: This bra is not made to be a high support bra. Although for some women it does act as one. We are sorry the purchase did not work for you. Jill from Shawnee, KS
Teri Response: An embroidery bra is going to be rumpled. That is why we make a lovely T-shirt bra with a mold cup for those desiring a smooth appearance. But by design, this bra is lumpy. Leece from NY
Teri Response: This is a bra that is made to be very pretty and offer comfort, so it doesn't have underwires or wide straps. The straps are very stretchy, again for comfort, so for women with dense/heavy breasts, you might not find much support. Debbie from Carlock,IL USA

Teri Response:All breasts are not created equal. Bras fit different people differently because of different breast shape, density, and set on the chest. This bra is best for close or wide set women. It is hard to comment without knowing whether it was too big or too small. Margaret from Westport, CA USA
HerRoom Response:We have alerted Teri of this and asked them to watch for the clasp quality in production. You should return this. Jane from CA
Teri Response:Since this is a lightly padded bra and has a wide underband for support (not wires) it may not be the best for heavy/dense breasts. It has about 2" of non-stretch strap for support, but the rest of the strap is stretchy for comfort and fit. Heavy breasts may not be as supported. sandra from camden tn USA
HerRoom Response: Your size, unfortunately, is not standard, and this manufacturer did not have any in immediate stock to fill your order. This was the reason for the delay. Shirl from Chino Valley, Az. USA
Teri Response:Our only suggestion would be to try a 36A, but unfortunately the cup will be slightly larger than the 34A. The grading is slight, but there will be a difference. L.H. from Spokane WA USA
