I liked the fit and feel of the bra and it would have made a great option for relaxing weekends but I only got to wear it once before the strap broke and made it useless. Very disappointed but I guess I can't complain too much because of the price.

Teri Response: We are sorry this did not work out, and we agree that this is a great weekend bra. We are currently investigating the cause of the faulty strap, this should not be happening. Carla from Kansas City, MO

This bra looked nice, but did not fit well. I think the cups run a bit small.

Teri Response: We hope you will try a cup size larger, because we are certain you will love it. Bra sizing varies across brands, so we recommend HerRoom’s Universal Cup Size. Krys from NJ

Beautiful looking bra. Cup size runs very small. The seams in mid cup come together in a point and that shows through your blouse. Rather strange looking. Would not buy again.

Teri Response: We love the pretty embroidery on the cups of this bra, but this means it does not work underneath every type of fabric. Try it on under a blouse made of a crisper or heavier material and we are sure you will love it. Claudia from Phoenix,AZ

This was of low quality. Plastic piece broke first time I tried it on. Returned.

Valmont Response: We are sorry this did not work out; we take great pride in the quality of our manufacturing and materials and are surprised to learn of the malfunction. We are currently investigating the cause of the piece breaking. Lynn from Galena, IL. USA

Pretty looking bra, but not fitting well, kinda of puckering and not a good look under tops.

Teri Response: We love the pretty embroidery on the cups of this bra, but this means it does not work underneath every type of fabric. Try it on under a blouse made of a crisper or heavier material and we are sure you will love it. AnnaMarie from Oyster Bay, New York

It's a comfortable bra that I can wear overnight. It is bumpy, so not good under lightweight shirts. Sara from Michigan

I have been looking for a supportive bra minus the underwire, and this bra works well. The downside is that it is not smooth enough to wear under form-fitting clothes. However, it provides great support without underwires. RK from Plainfield, IL

Doesn't feel like microfiber - feels like cotton, I thought I ordered incorrectly, but no... Also, cups are sized larger than other B's I have worn, so bra is no use to me. Also, there is no padding, removable or otherwise included in the packaging... I think their description is misleading on that count. I am giving it a 2 star only because the straps are very nice, and the band is also comfortable. However with too large cups with no padding, I don't know how to make it useful to me. Will probably try to return for refund.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your comments and we are glad you found aspects of this bra that you enjoy. We have reviewed the wording regarding the padding of the cup and agree that it is ambiguous, though we certainly did not mean to mislead you! We strive to provide our customers with all the information we can to help you make your purchases. Additionally, we assure you that the material used on this bra is microfiber and not cotton. I received this item and was very excited, however, the first time I put this item on, the strap broke. I will not order from this company again.

I sincerely apologize for the strap breaking. We always strive for the best quality possible and attempt to catch any issues before our customers do. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we will be on the look out for similar problems with this product. Mills from Georgia

This bra was a little bigger than what I normally expect in a 32 DD. The lining irritated my skin and was quite itchy. The circular things that attached the straps to the rest of the bra are made of cheap plastic, as are the adjusters on the straps; one of them already broke. The pattern is cute, and the bra would probably be more comfortable if I took out the liner in the cups. I can't complain too much about this bra though; I did get it for $12 plus shipping. I got pretty much what I paid for.

Thank you for your feedback. While we do offer our lingerie at competitive prices, we take great pride in the quality of our materials and manufacturing. We are confident our plastic rings are the best choice for this bra, both aesthetically and practically speaking. These plastic rings are far superior to small metal rings, which we have found to be flimsy and break easily. Unlike a dyed metal ring, the color of our plastic rings will never wear off and the material will not tarnish or corrode. Plastic is used worldwide in industrial settings and on heavy machinery for this reason. That being said, we are sorry that one of the strap adjusters broke, we have alerted our quality control team to be on the lookout for any future issues. As for sizing, we always suggest closely reviewing the size charts provided for our products before making your final decision, bra sizing can vary greatly amongst different brands so relying on the size you think you are is not always the best way to make your selection. Unfortunately, there is no standard sizing system for lingerie, though we do recommend using the Universal Cup Size feature as a helpful tool. Victoria from Nevada

Surprisingly, for the low cost, this is a very pretty and supportive bra..The only minor problem I see is that the cups run big. I needed (and got) a "B" which feels & looks much more like a "C"..Since it does not come in an "A" in my size, I will keep it and hope that a warm water wash might tighten up the cups some....The colors and straps are so very pretty.. Good bra, nice shape. Deep down hooks on the back allow to wear open back cloths. But the straps are too thin for my size. If I wear the bra the whole day the straps cut into my shoulders. Tanya

It is a pretty bra, but the fit it odd. I kept it, as I love that it has no underwire or padding. It's great for wearing around the house. Elizabeth from Portland, OR

The bra was beautiful, loved the lining, thin and not foam (living in humidity capital of the country this was very important) foam gives the feeling of being glued to me. Liked the wide band and the support, unfortunately the bra was to large, ordered my regular size but like most clothing all manufacturers are different. If I need something I will certainly check Herrooms' website was most pleased with their service. Barbara from Palm Coast FL

Someone else might have a different experience, but for me the straps are uncomfortable as well as the cups are pointy and bigger than I thought they would be...very awkward fit! Pam from Zillah, WA USA

I like this bra very much. It is extremely comfortble - it move with you. I do think the cups run a bit small in this and I ordered a second one in a D cup. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is that I did feel some rubbing of the strap where it connects to the cup at the top of my breast (where my breast meets the shoulder). It is a very pretty bra and comes in yummy colors. A word of caution is that the lace does give you a somewhat lumpy appearance so it is not a good bra for clingy fabrics. Lynn from PA

These bras were very nice - lovely material and well structured. They were created for someone who is more "endowed" than I and the cups were considerably bigger than I needed. Thanks for being so prompt with the delivery and return information. Marlena from Hartung

One arrived broken & one arrived at least one cup size too small - it didn't even begin to cover my breasts except in the very middle where there was extra fabric at the nipple area so it was too small except for where it was wrinkled. L from Pittsford/ ny/ USA

Oh, I wish the cups fit better! The bra is very pretty, and is very, very, comfortable across the back, but the cups are more like a C than B. If this came in 42 A, I'd buy more. Stevee from NJ
