Not what I expected. Uncomfortable and did not fit properly. Returned item.

Teri Response: We are very sorry to hear the bra did not work for you and had to be returned. Pretty and comfortable-how often does that happen? Very satisfied with product and with Her Room. Wasting time shopping for a hard to find size is going to be a thing of the past now that I have found your company! Karen from Illinois

Very uncomfortable. The lace is very irritating to my skin. Will not purchase another of this brand.

Teri Response: We are sorry to hear the bra was uncomfortable for you. There is soft lining to prevent the embroidering from touching the skin. Nancy from Abilene, TX

Not comfortable and the cup size is closer to a "B" than an "A" as I had ordered....disappointed!

Teri Response: We are sorry to hear the bra did not work out for you. This bra does provide moderate support and can be adjusted with the adjustable straps and three sets of hook & eye closures. If the bra is still not providing the fit you prefer, we recommend trying a different size. The cups of this bra were a little roomy for my nearly A sizing. However, I wear a hard-to-find 38A, and this one was available in that size. I was thrilled to find a "pretty bra" in my size, so I'll put up with the slightly imperfect fit in exchange for the color and detailing. It seems to be made well.

Teri Response: We are glad to hear you found a pretty bra in your size. We suggest trying a 36A for a less roomy cup. Belinda from Savage MD USA

For the price, this bra is wonderful. I use it to sleep and sit around the house. I would not leave the house in it! I am a DDD, so the straps have to work pretty hard, and they are pretty thin, they dig into my shoulders a bit. I would readily pay a few more dollars for padded straps! This is the only non-granny soft cup bra I've found for under $50. If it was actually my size, I would buy 5 more to sleep in! For this price, you won't regret buying it. Marie L. from Thornton, CO

I like this because it fits and it's a pretty color, I usually have to stick with black white or beige, so this is a nice change, it fits nicely and comfortable Dana from Keedysville, Md

The most comfortable bra I've owned, but pretty, feminine. Was glad to get in in lavender to coordinate with the Ronda Shear high-waist panty. Monica from Colorado

This bra is everything I hoped it would be. It offers as much support as an underwire without all that unpleasant gouging. I can wear it all day and it is so weightless and comfy I forget I even have it on. It helps that these bras are so pretty and come in such charming ice-cream shop colors. Catherine from Philadelphia

The bra was very cute and well made, but the cups were either too big or too pointy shaped for me to fill them out well, I ended up returning it. Nikki from Granite Bay

Oops. This one broke the 2nd time I put it on. The offending piece was a little plastic ring that was supposed to hold the strap to the back. Anonymous

The bra fit, but had issues with the quality of the product. The seam across the front of the bra was poorly sewn and puckered, so it would not lay flat. The net lining was bigger than the exterior of the bra cup, so again it did not lay flat. I have sent the bra back and will try a different brand. Calamity from Vine Grove, KY

I liked the fit and feel of the bra and it would have made a great option for relaxing weekends but I only got to wear it once before the strap broke and made it useless. Very disappointed but I guess I can't complain too much because of the price.

Teri Response: We are sorry this did not work out, and we agree that this is a great weekend bra. We are currently investigating the cause of the faulty strap, this should not be happening. Carla from Kansas City, MO

This bra looked nice, but did not fit well. I think the cups run a bit small.

Teri Response: We hope you will try a cup size larger, because we are certain you will love it. Bra sizing varies across brands, so we recommend HerRoom’s Universal Cup Size. Krys from NJ

Beautiful looking bra. Cup size runs very small. The seams in mid cup come together in a point and that shows through your blouse. Rather strange looking. Would not buy again.

Teri Response: We love the pretty embroidery on the cups of this bra, but this means it does not work underneath every type of fabric. Try it on under a blouse made of a crisper or heavier material and we are sure you will love it. Claudia from Phoenix,AZ

This was of low quality. Plastic piece broke first time I tried it on. Returned.

Pretty looking bra, but not fitting well, kinda of puckering and not a good look under tops.

Teri Response: We love the pretty embroidery on the cups of this bra, but this means it does not work underneath every type of fabric. Try it on under a blouse made of a crisper or heavier material and we are sure you will love it. AnnaMarie from Oyster Bay, New York

I have been looking for a supportive bra minus the underwire, and this bra works well. The downside is that it is not smooth enough to wear under form-fitting clothes. However, it provides great support without underwires. RK from Plainfield, IL

Doesn't feel like microfiber - feels like cotton, I thought I ordered incorrectly, but no... Also, cups are sized larger than other B's I have worn, so bra is no use to me. Also, there is no padding, removable or otherwise included in the packaging... I think their description is misleading on that count. I am giving it a 2 star only because the straps are very nice, and the band is also comfortable. However with too large cups with no padding, I don't know how to make it useful to me. Will probably try to return for refund.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your comments and we are glad you found aspects of this bra that you enjoy. We have reviewed the wording regarding the padding of the cup and agree that it is ambiguous, though we certainly did not mean to mislead you! We strive to provide our customers with all the information we can to help you make your purchases. Additionally, we assure you that the material used on this bra is microfiber and not cotton. I received this item and was very excited, however, the first time I put this item on, the strap broke. I will not order from this company again.

I sincerely apologize for the strap breaking. We always strive for the best quality possible and attempt to catch any issues before our customers do. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we will be on the look out for similar problems with this product. Mills from Georgia

This bra was a little bigger than what I normally expect in a 32 DD. The lining irritated my skin and was quite itchy. The circular things that attached the straps to the rest of the bra are made of cheap plastic, as are the adjusters on the straps; one of them already broke. The pattern is cute, and the bra would probably be more comfortable if I took out the liner in the cups. I can't complain too much about this bra though; I did get it for $12 plus shipping. I got pretty much what I paid for.

Thank you for your feedback. While we do offer our lingerie at competitive prices, we take great pride in the quality of our materials and manufacturing. We are confident our plastic rings are the best choice for this bra, both aesthetically and practically speaking. These plastic rings are far superior to small metal rings, which we have found to be flimsy and break easily. Unlike a dyed metal ring, the color of our plastic rings will never wear off and the material will not tarnish or corrode. Plastic is used worldwide in industrial settings and on heavy machinery for this reason. That being said, we are sorry that one of the strap adjusters broke, we have alerted our quality control team to be on the lookout for any future issues. As for sizing, we always suggest closely reviewing the size charts provided for our products before making your final decision, bra sizing can vary greatly amongst different brands so relying on the size you think you are is not always the best way to make your selection. Unfortunately, there is no standard sizing system for lingerie, though we do recommend using the Universal Cup Size feature as a helpful tool. Victoria from Nevada
