I was some what disappointed......It didn't hold me in, in my back area around my waist and I'm not that big. I had 2 rolls from my bra strap to my butt. I was even more disappointed when the garment started unraveling at the seams. I've paid a lot less money and recieved better control and a product made to last longer. I had it for just one week. This is a very supportive, cotton lined rubber body suit that is comfortable for all day wear. The first time it is a little tight, but only the first time and the Medium works well for me at 5'8'' 170lb with 31inch waist. The straps really help to elevate the chest and are simple bra straps in case they show. The breathable thong fabric is comfortable and the hooks are high enough to not irritate while walking. I did a lot of comparing and research and I am very happy with this purchase. It took 3 inches off my waistline, including the lower abdomen since it is rubber all the way down, and keeps the tummy tucked in tight while seated. It doesn't show at all under clothing while being minimalist in design. It flattened the fat under the arms in the back also so there's no bulge. It also provides a lot of postural support. Feels like trying to get into a rubber tube, if your torso is too short it will buckle defeating the purpose. Heidi from Wausau WI
