I love this garment. I have lost inches in my waist and love handles. I plan on ordering a medium by the end of the month, so I can continue to slim down. Thanks Her Room. ShaRon from Savannah GA United States

I bought the large as my waist is 35". From the front this looks great, but it has some wrinkles around the waist in the back. They are not too bad unless you're wearing a fitted dress. The biggest problem is the back fat! It gives me this huge roll of fat in the back above the garment. And that shows through everything. :( Janice from Ft. Myer, Florida

I bought this to support my lower back which has provided immediate pain relief. I wear size 12 or 14 in jeans and the large fits comfortably well. I wore it under my tennis clothes and my team mates commented on my "weight loss". They will be ordering soon. Joy from Mississippi

After much attempts, I learned how to work with the garment. I like it and i am seeing some results; but I have to adjust it often, it tends to buckle as I find that the bones or support in the garment is very soft and bends easily, it does not give much support. The stretchability is good making it a plus; but by having to adjust it frequently by either pulling it up or down, I cannot wear it out because of that only at home. Anna from Palm Coast FL USA

I got this for underclothing back brace. It does very well and helps with posture. I also wear another brace on top to help with stability. Cheri from Henderson

Great support for my back. Good to have one of these. Probably a bit warm in the summer. Otherwise a must have for support. Ginette

I have long legs and a high, short waist. I have worn this Squeem for a week and I am already much happier! I can wear any top I want, I don't have any of the arm discomfort and it really controls my middle, just like the high backed version. It does not roll or shift at all. Just be sure to put the soft side in! Megan from CA

This review is for small-waisted, petite women. I'm 5'2, weigh 105lbs, and am very short waisted. I got the P (also called XS) since my waist is 25-26 inches. I bought it primarily for posture and back pain. This is my first cincher, so my review may reflect that. It's tight, very tight. I thought I wouldn't be able to close it at all at first, but I wrestled it into submission. You have to get used to breathing in it. You definitely won't eat in it if yours is as tight as mine. The fit info for short-waisted, petite women: 1. It is a little long, but not egregiously so. It's mostly noticed on the sides where the shape of the boning doesn't quite match up with the shape of my waist. I found the boning to dig in a little at the waist. And that causes some mild folding there as well (when sitting). 2. It is *NOT* too long in sheer length--not too long in front, back, sits where it should. It really comes down to the shape of the boning on the sides not matching my sides (so it goes in/cinches in a little bit lower than where my natural waist is). 3. These are not deal breakers for me. It is annoying and a mildly uncomfortable at first. 4. Does offer incredible lower back support. So overall, I'd recommend it. I wanted to give a detailed review about exactly how it fits on short-waisted women since I was looking for this specific information when I was reading reviews. Aslan from New York

I bought a waist cincher at the suggestion of my fitness instructor. I saw the reviews for squeem waist cincher and decided to invest in it. It was the best investment!! Not only does it help with my posture, I have lost a few inches in my waist using it during cardio training. Jacqueline from Far Rockaway, NY

This works if you need strong constriction, which I needed post surgery. I wish the material could be thinner so as not to add on to the circumference of my middle, but it probably couldn't be this strong and also thin. Marjorie from Philadelphia, PA, USA

I ordered the size the chart suggested. It wrinkles horizontally on the back waist and I think that will show through my clothes. I don't know why it is wrinkling. It is not uncomfortable though it makes you sweat. It smells like rubber. I hope the smell fades.

Squeem Response: Wrinkles are normally a sign of a product too large for the person’s body. If the size you bought is a 3XL, that means your natural waistline (measured 3 fingers above the belly-button), should be between 43 and 45 inches, or between 18 and 20 dress size. If the size is correct, and the product is still wrinkling, we suggest wearing a tank top underneath the Squeem. Also, make sure to tuck your Squeem under the pants. The smell will fade with time as you wash the garment. Kathleen from Providence, RI,USA

Was amazed how well this Squeem Waist Cincher worked & how much better it made me look in tight fitting clothes. Thought it might be uncomfortable when I was putting it on but was surprised how comfortable it was even though snug, which of course is what you want. Easy to move in, sit, walk. I purchased the size recommended by the company's chart. When I received I thought that I would have to get a size larger but once I put it on, it fit true to size. Very please with this product & would recommend it to anyone that wants a slimmer, fit look. I bought it to wear with my dress at my son's wedding but will now use it for all occasions because its comfortable & shapes the waist so well. Mar from Fortuna, ND USA

I realize it's purpose and I have the correct size however, I cannot wear it. I wore it (Day #1) with the rubber side to my skin. It did not shift or bind. I wore it (Day #2) with the rubber side out - as it is intended. The stays shifted and cut. The garment shifted and rolled at the waist and cause such deep welts at those points as to take (2) days to alleviate. I still have the rash from the rubbing along the stays - after a week. The rubber side to the skin - prevents this rubbing but you need to position the Squeem carefully because there is no way to move it once you have it fastened.

Squeem Response: Squeem does not recommend wearing the rubber against the skin, as it might cause irritation. One cause of the product shifting can be wearing a size too large. If you bought an XL, that means your natural waistline (measured 3 fingers above the belly-button), should be between 37 and 39 inches, or between 14 and 16 dress size. We also recommend that people with soft skin wear a tank top underneath the product, and begin wearing it gradually (a few hours a day). Additionally we do not recommend wearing it for more than 8 hours a day. Organzaro from Jacksonville, FL

Love, love, love! Does not push everything to the front like other compression garmets. Really does flatten everything out- my waist went from a 26 to a 24 1/2 as soon as I put it on. It really does improve my posture and I feel full with less food when I am wearing it. Absolutely worth the money! Oh and I opted for priority shipping- ordered Wednesday morning, had it by Saturday. I was thrilled with the fast shipping! Shrinking Waist from Kansas

I bought this item as well as the Squeem vest. This item is designed for short women. I'm 6'2, and it's a joke on my body; it rolls something fierce. If you are short and ruler-shaped, this is perfect for you -- but if you are tall and are hourglass shaped, this item will not work for you. Please heed this warning. I will try my hardest to return this product, but I'm keeping the vest.

Squeem Response: We are sorry to hear that this item did not work for you. MaryGrace from NC

I have wrong Squeem for 8 years now. OMG do I love them. I have all of the items and they make my clothes look smooth and I get nothing but comments all day long on how I look. This is one you will never go wrong with. HINT: Wear the cloth side next to your body, this way your clothes do not stick to the material, your skin does not get a rash and everything on your body is happy, but most importantly "your happy with the results". I just got this today and it is pretty comfortable. I ordered on the low range of the sizes. I could not afford to purchase two. I knew I would be losing weight and just an inch off my waist would put the size Large too big. It's tight. But even with wearing it just 30 minutes, my umbilical hernia was completely back in. It of course came back out within 30 minutes but that alone tells me this is going to work for me. My only complaint and it's just because my body is so short waisted, is that it's too long. It comes down a few inches past the top band of my panties. MUCH longer than shown in the photo. It should be an easy fix to serge the edge and trim the boning but for someone who doesn't sew and is short, it's not going to work for them. I've seen a few reviews that it's too long. I would LOVE to see different lengths in this. Mel from Texas

The garment didn't fit well at all. The top 2" was really loose. It did kind of suck me in, but I obviously needed a smaller size. The sad thing was I had even consulted the sizing chart, and still it was too big. It was comfortable to wear.

Squeem Response: I would suggest going down one size. Amanda from Minnesota

It is imperative that this be worn with something thin between the garment and your skin. Sweat will cause a rash. Ro from Boynton Beach, FL USA

The fit was great, except I wish it was higher and lower in the fit area.....I am average size but it was just too short.

Squeem Response: I am sorry you found this to short for you. But this garment is longer than many waist cinchers. If it was any longer it would be to long for what most customers are looking for, and we have a large customer demand for the length of this style. N from kill devil hills
