Loved it. I have never tried on a waist cincher that I could actually wear without feeling that I was being suffocated. Now I believe that I will eventually go to a lower size. Do recommend it! Georgina from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands

I recently purchased Squeem 26C and Squeem 26J waist cinchers. I am long-waisted, 5'7" and weigh 230 lbs and after reading reviews and size charts ordered 2X. I wear dress size 20W. Both waist cinchers surprisingly fitted over my lower abdomen. Just like the size chart says, its important to measure 3 inches above navel. Bregiphi from Indiana

I ordered this item in XL which is my normal size. It was too small so I returned for a 2X. It is also too small. Joan

Its a good product, works good as it was expected. My only mistake is that I should have ordered a Medium not a Large, but my fault not the company. Next time I will order the medium. Milagros

This garment was not as long as I would like it to be, but it does hold you in and I love the extra hooks for extra support. Marie

I wear a Squeem 26C corset every day all day. with it on I just don't look girdled. At first it is tight, then comfortable and then I just forget that I have a girdle on. I have worn a RAGO 7207 high waist long leg panty - always had that girdled look. With the squeem I am not at all self conscious nor in fear of detection. I have three - the one in black is wonderful. I do not have to wear panties nor stockings - with the open bottom the squeem is easy to wear I have no problems. I would never consider leaving home without my girdle. R from NYC

I wanted to love this item, I really did. When I first put it on and stood in front of the mirror I was floored by how great of a job it did. But it definitely has some issues that became apparent once I tried moving around with it on. First, it will stretch after a few wears. Size down if you can. Second, it was only effective when worn with tight pants to hold the bottom in place. Otherwise the bottom would roll up, or it would bunch in the waist. And finally, the bones ended up coming out of the top after two months of occasional wear. I think this was because when I bent at the waist or sat down the cincher buckled a bit in the waist, forcing the bones in an upward direction until they finally poked through the fabric. I am pondering ordering a size small (I have a 32 inch waist, so the medium should have been fine), in order to account for the stretching and seeing if a tighter fit will resolve some of the issues. The waist cincher works great. Only down side is that it cuts your skin. You might want to wear a under shirt to protect your skin. Sandy

I am a size 3 so I bought P and had to return it because it only wrapped 50% around me. So I exchanged for a size M. It fit but it is uncomfortable. I can't sit without it making a crease in the middle of my abdomen that hurts bad! I have it sitting in my closet. It might only be good if you stand all day. Tatiana from FL

i love this item a lot! instantly my stomach was flat when I put it on, I wear it for 7-8 hours at a time. the only problem I have with it is it like rolls in the back, but I think I can use a xl instead of 2x, I wasn't sure which size to get, but I will be purchasing a new one xl black again soon. I recommend this for after having a baby, I wish I didn't wait so long to purchase one. jasmine from ma

Day 1 I struggled to fasten it. Day two I had help. By day 3 it was a cinch. By day 6 I was on the second notch. I'm going to be ordering a medium next week. It is even comfortable to wear to the gym and work. I would not wear this under form fitting clothes because the notches are visible, making it look like you have a zipper underneath. You will definitely sweat and get your money's worth out of this garment. Nicole from North Carolina

Item as described. However I am a size 3X and didn't read that for my waist size I should have ordered a size 4X. I assume it was too small for me because the top kept rolling downward and the bottom kept rolling upward toward my middle. I felt I could not return it since I slept in it. Angela from Las Vegas

The hooks are pulling away from the first set of hooks on the size small. I was ready to size down from the medium because I have way too much room on the second set of hooks. I am very disappointed because I spent $50 plus for this item. Jacqueline from Severn

This is a great cincher. I forget I have it on sometimes. I had a procedure done and this is helping me tremendously. Even with the lower belly pouch. :-) Im going to buy another one soon! Vikki from Hayward, CA USA

I was delighted with how fast my pkg arrived. I ordered a large even though size chart had me at a XLG - 2XL. Figured since I'm losing weight go smaller. Surpringly sucked in tummy and was able to fasten. More comfortable then I thought it would be. I wear it about 10 hours a day. I love that it improves my posture while sitting at my desk all day. I have distasis recti so I was looking for something that would aid in mending my poor abs. I have an extremely short torso, so I bought this with trepidation. When I got it, I was pleasantly surprised! 1. At first I didn't think I would be able to fasten it at all. It looked way too tight, but with a little help from my hubby, I got it on the first set of hooks, and then on my own, re-cinched it to the tightest setting. Perfect! 2. With the roundness of my belly from the distasis recti, the length was actually perfect. If it had been any shorter, I would have bulged out of the top or bottom like a popped can of biscuits. If you are short torsoed and very thin, this is probably not the cincher for you! 3. If you are looking for a smooth silouhette, this is not the cincher for you! It is exactly what I wanted which was added support, but you can see the hook and eye closures from the front! Not so subtle if you are going for people not knowing you are wearing it. 4. It is fabric on the outside and rubbery stuff on the inside. Awesome for staying power, meaning it is not going to slide up or down, but if your skin is sensitive, you will need to wear something underneath it which may interfere with its staying power! My one complaint would be that there are only 2 rows of hook and eye, meaning it is not terribly adjustable, and if you have it on the tightest setting there is a funky flap of fabric over the closures that kind of sticks out a bit. Definitely not deal breakers for me though! Overall, if you are looking for a garment that gives you amazing support, I highly recommend this product! emily from Montana
