I tried 6 different styles of moderate rise, slimming band panties. These were comfortable, and I almost kept them, but ended up returning in favor of another style from Bali (Comfortshape Hipster) which I plan to wear for my wedding. They do help smooth moderate pudge around my middle though, and seemed to stay put on my larger rear. The shell color won't match other nude items if that matters to you; it is more of a light pink.
