Definitely whittles the waist and seems like it will stay put . . . not sure I'd say it's 100% comfortable, but that's the trade off for the nipped waist, in my book. We'll see how it feels when I'm actually out in the heat and water in it. I know I'll look good, that's for sure. Jane
