I don't like this item, I wish I had sent it back. It seems to fit perfectly and slims wonderful but the problem is, even with the four little strap things connected to my bra it still rolls. I don't like rolling, the thighs roll too. If it didn't roll I would love it. Bella

Pleasantly surprised. I had to wear a strapless bra so I tucked the top of the bodysuit under the bottom edge of my bra. I didn't want to try the velcro straps figuring the strapless bra would definitely just pull down. I fully expected the body suit to roll down and it didn't! Granted, I wasn't dancing or moving around much so maybe that helped. I didn't use the ladies room so can't comment on that... Only downside is that it is NOT max support. It was really hard to put on, so I gave it to my daughter that is one size smaller than I am. I would have gone the next size up, but I went by the recommendations. hint: if women have a "menopause tummy", suggest the next size up. First, the good part: It's easy to put on, no struggling. And it's very comfortable to wear. Also, it doesn't roll down a lot, even without the bra straps. But the bad part: The bra straps are impossible to fasten, so I gave up an wore it without them. The big problem is that it's kind of lame. The ad says super duper and all that but it doesn't do very much so it's not worth the trouble of wearing it. And yes, I ordered the right size according to the chart, but it hardly pulls me in at all. So why bother? Kind of a waste. Karen from Atlanta, Georgia

I bought this because I liked the idea of being able to hook it around my bra. I hate it when the high waisted body shapers roll at the waist. I gave it a 3 because it's easy to hook it around your bra in the front, but hard to do it around the sides and near to impossible in the back. Just be sure you have someone that can help!! I also think maybe I should have ordered a Medium in order to get the extra snug feel. I normally wear a size 12 - 14 depending on the cut of the outfit. This is one item that may require some trial and error for some folks. for others, it might work right off the bat. Such was the case for me. I typically wear between a 22 to a 28 (woman's, plus- whatever you call it) and I received the 3X as a gift from a friend. Sara Blakley- god bless you. My former motto regarding certain items was "if it needs shapewear, it won't wear". Now with the slimcognito thigh shaper, I dare to wear things that I thought I never could. And boy oh boy- do my dresses look good! I actually drop a full size in most of my items when I'm wearing this- I want more! and it works well for an 8 or 9 hour day- for me at least. Pricey- yes. The garment works well. My waist goes down 2.5 inches when I put it on. However, it still allows a significant bulge just under the belly button. I had thought is would hold it in better, especially with the drastic change in inches! Even with that minor issue, I still look great in my sweater dresses for this fall. If you are 'full figured" and want something with support and relative comfort, don't buy this item. I am a nurse, and need moderate control support for my back and legs during my 12+ hour days. First, this keeps riding down, I keep having to hitch it up just to keep the correct areas where they are supposed to be. The bra strap things are no help, and really more trouble than they are worth. I wear a F cup bra, so getting the straps hooked was, literally, a pain. I wore it inside out to make the straps easier to access, but this didn't help. Like a bad Cirque de Soleil in my bathroom. The worst part is that the straps pulled on one of my favorite brand new bras and bent the side bone so it was poking me all day long. This is in the trash and I will never buy another one again. I tried one size larger, and it was too big.

I found the Bodysuit had bit better control than the Hi-Rise Body Smoother. Ordered a small and med and ended up keeping the small. Didn't need to use the bra attachments as it stayed in place nicely. Very comfortable and would buy again. Lee from Boston, MA

This bodysuit and I have a long history. It started after the birth of my first child 4 years ago. Thanks to Spanx, I was able to feel like I wasn't made entirely of jell-o, which helped my self-esteem. That, in turn, helped me shed the baby weight, no problem. I think it also helped my stomach return to normal. Here's my one issue, though: No matter what, the straps will not keep things looking unsightly around the bra. They pull down the sides of my bra and allow bulges to spill out over the top of the Spanx. Here's my solution: I hand-sew lingerie hooks to the sides, front, and back of my bras. The Spanx loops slip easily on (and stay on) and off when needed. This keeps my bra from riding up and the Spanx from sliding down creating a streamline. Due to this, I LOVE the product and have a size for every stage of losing pregnancy weight. Amy from Wenatchee, WA USA
