It rolled a little bit in the top back, but it could be that I just could not reach that high to smooth it down. I have only worn it once, but felt very comfortable in it. I plan on buying more in the near future. Donna from Modesto,Ca. USA

My only complaint, and reason for 4 stars is that although these don't roll down, they just slide down in the back instead. (I did order my proper size) I think a lot of my weight is in my hips/butt so I'm just not big enough in my rib cage area to hold it up properly? I don't know, but since I got these in the mail, by the end of the day I have been pulling them up every 5 minutes. It is much less annoying than having to roll them back up, that's for sure. I will also say to order the correct size, don't fool yourself. They are so much more comfortable and hold you in more properly. I love them! Will be wearing them under my wedding dress :) Cindy from San Antonio, TX

Love this product. Wore it while traveling (plane and car) and never felt "squeezed". Liked the high waist as this is an area that needs come containment. Very comfortable and not stiff or binding like some similar products I have tried. I definitely recommend it. Barbara from Texas/USA

This Item is great, comfortable and stays put ...i am a small but big woman and it worked incredibly well ! I thought that i will have the leg part indent my legs cuz i have very big legs and it sure didn't... it fit very well! It could of been a little more snug but otherwise it holds and shapes well ! Love it ! Eve from Fort Bragg, NC

Higher Power is a great name - they make me thank God for this product! Comfortable, makes me look a full size smaller in my torso/waist area. The split gusset makes life a little easier in a hurry, but the garment is easy enough to pull down like regular panties when necessary or preferable. I don't wear them daily, but I do wear them on "fat days" or when wearing something a little more fitted. Submitted from TheUndies.com

This is a really nice product. It is comfortable and easy enough to put on. I agree with the other reviewer who suggested using some baby powder to help make getting it on easier. I am surprised how well it stays up, given that I am very short-waisted, and after awhile I didn't even notice I was wearing it. I have NO butt so it feels a little "roomy" in the seat. I have tried using the gusset, which works fine, but also if you are leery of it, then it is easy enough to pull the garment down like underwear. I have 2 and wear them several times a week. With the band on the top fitting snug under my breast bone area, this garment shifted unwanted weight to my waist. It gives no support or definition for the waist. Maybe some women carry weight differently and this works for them. I'm trying to find an undergarment for my mother of the bride ensemble that has a very fitted sequined tank top that goes to the waist. The zipper is on the side. I need a bustier to smooth my torso area just a tad so the zipper is easier to maneuver. Cheryl from Foothill Ranch, CA United States

I love spanx. So far, it is the best shapeware I've tried, and I wear it most days. But I do have some issues with it. One of those issues is that the quality of shaping seems to have gone down. I'm a post bariatric patient-- I've lost over 80 pounds so far and have about 40 pounds left to go, and I lose the weight nice and slowly. I have a ton of loose skin from my weight loss, and while I'd like to have plastic surgery someday to nip, tuck, and liposuck, I am waiting for things like losing all of the weight and finishing having babies first. In the meantime I don't feel comfortable without shapewear. The area below my bra line and above my hips is the worst-- I have skin that droops and then some and more flab than I can handle. So when I discovered spanx I was excited. I found a couple of good products that worked really well and gave even me a stomach that was nearly flat without making my bottom flatter than a pancake. However, one long term criticism I have of spanx relates to their labels. I tend to buy a couple of different things at around the same time. Then I wait and see what what I like and how it holds up over time, etc. Well when I look at the favorite garments to see what they are and the size and so forth, I can't tell with spanx. So I have to try and guess. I had liked slim cognito too, but not as much. this just seems to get less zoned and more likely to slip down all the time. At the moment, I suspect the stuff that works the best is the tops of the all the way up panty hose. That has problems too-- I like it when I can get thigh shaping and control, but I don't really want panty hose. bookgoddess from IL

If felt great and it wore well except around the waist which kept sliding down. Lower body looked great upper body lumpy.

HerRoom Response: You state that you are petite in stature. High-waisted shapewear usually doesn't work on petite women - too much fabric. This is why it probably kept sliding down. CD from Texarkana Texas USA

I loved the fabric, the fit was okay but a bit on the large size. They did what I wanted them to do however I would have liked a little more control in the belly. After several hours they began to slide down, not roll but slide, glad I was close to home. I will purchase more as I haven't found any that work better but hope they put body clinging fabric at the top for improvement to a good product. Katie from Carmel, Indiana USA

It's hard to get into, but that is the point, right? It really smoothes your waist line. Lost stars because of the vertical line in the front - it shows under tight dresses.... Gabriela from Fremont, CA

It really does lift and tuck your body. My only problem is that it rolled down in the back. I tried tucking it under my bra which helped. Overall the product is awesome. I would buy more! Holly from Lakeville, MN
