I really like these! I ordered one size smaller than the size chart and they fit perfectly. The legs don't roll up and the rise is low-ish/modern without being plumber-crackish. I wear these under skirts/dresses/tight yoga-type pants. You can kind of tell where the leg line is under tight yoga pants, but not a big deal-much better than panty line or something creeping up... I'm happy and will order a few more. The fabric is starting to pill a tiny bit around the thighs after a couple of wears, but it's not very noticeable and I love everything else about these. I cold water machine wash and hang to dry. The fabric is comfy and breathable. B from TX

I own three of these in nude and one in black. I used to buy spandex versions of men's boxer briefs to wear under skirts and summer dresses, but I like these so much better. My first pair pilled a little after a few washings so I decided to not put my new ones in the dryer, so far they haven't pilled. I think the newer ones are of a slightly different fabric as they also don't ride up at all while my first pair did every once and a while. All in all, these are the best things to wear under summer dresses and skirts. Britt from Baltimore, MD

Smart Pants, a little too low cut for me, they do fit not very snug as far as really holding anything in. Denise from Melbourne, Fl

I love the wicking fabric. The weight/thinness of the fabric is awesome. I wish the waist was a little higher. The stitching irritated my skin, but I just turned them inside out. I had a bit of trouble with the legs riding up, but I think a size smaller would fix that problem. Since I am a full figured woman it was extremely nice having the opportunity to wear them in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on my vacation with some pretty summer dresses. With 100% humidity & 108 degrees, my undies were the onlycomfortable item of clothing I had to wear. I generally wear nylon pettipants, but they are so hot & irritate my skin. I have extremely tender/sensitive skin when it comes to materials, stitching, tags, seams. The Smarty Pants Panties prevented my thighs from sticking together and prevente chafing in hot and humid weather. Overall, I would wear these undies often even with pants. I was looking for something to wear under skirts to avoid the "inner thigh rub" and these are perfect! I especially like the fact that they are cut a bit lower on top so they don't peek out above your skirts and they come in several colors. They don't pinch at the leg or on the hips but I did end up ordering a size smaller than I usually wear because they were a bit loose in the Large. Cara from CT

PERFECT for yoga and biking and hiking. I was on the border between sizes and sized up. Only after I wore them did I go to the Smarty Pants website to discover that they recommend sizing down if you are in between. My next pair will be medium Shopper from Vermont

"I LOVE my Smarty Pants! I really appreciate my Smarty Pants and rely on them to keep me dry and comfy when I'm skiing through snow, slush, and pure unadulterated, awesome powder. Last season, I wore them every time I skied - for hours on end. The Smarties also make going to the bathroom easier, because for some reason I can pull the Smarty Pants, thermal, fleece and ski pants down in one fell swoop; with underwear I have to peal each layer off individually (go figure). Plus of course, they're very comfortable, stretchy and breathable. I love the black colour, as all my fleece/ski gear is black although I want to try the gray colour as well. I think all ski divas should be able to experience the pleasure of wearing Smarty Pants. I’m going to tell all the gals I know about them and spread the good word. Congrats on a fabulous product! Finally, a “smart” underwear!" Joanie from Toronto

Very comfortable and fit well. I love the soft strechy fabric. I wear these under skirts when I want to ride my bike around and make sure I don't accidently show a little more leg than I intended! I discovered a fantastic new purpose when I wore them under my snow pants on the slopes. Kelley from Cupertino, CA

I love these! They are exactly what I was looking for. I have read tons of articles regarding how you can wear a skirt in the summer time when your thighs touch and still be comfortable. I've tried it all and I really just need a fabric barrier. These fit the bill! And are SO comfortable! Becky

These panties were cut in a weird way - too high up in front and too low in back. There is also not very much stretch to them, so they felt baggy after a day. Not a good choice.

Smarty Pants Response: Thanks for sharing your review with us. This is the first time Smarty Pants has had any negative comment about the cut of this item. If you feel they were cut too low in back, it may be that you had them on backwards or that your backside is large in proportion to your body. If they were baggy, they may have been too large in size yet the low back would indicate otherwise. A lack of stretch has never been any issue, as the garment contains 10% spandex - well above industry standard for an undergarment. Elizabeth from New York
