im 5'7"/ 205 lbs/ size 14/ 40C: i got size large and it fits well tho a bit tough to put on. i gave this item 4 stars only because it doesn't feel like firm control but a notch below firm. tucks in a little not a lot michele from buffalo/ny/usa
