I wear a 32J in US sizing (D7), but when I got this bra, I got a 32G (D6). It is really really tight, and it is hard to put on. The bra is so tight that I don't think I would want to wear it for more than a couple of hours. Some of the hooks on the band are pulling (after about 3 months of being used 3-5 times per week) and I'm a little worried about one of them pulling out. (I am certain that it's the correct band size though.) With that said, this bra is AMAZING. It makes me look several cup sizes smaller, and for both dancing and running I feel contained for the first time ever! I don't bounce!! Even my dance teacher noticed the first time I came in with this new bra! I didn't know it was possible for someone in my cup size to be that contained, but it is!!!! I also heartily appreciate that even with all that compression, I still have the shape of two breasts: no uniboob with this one!! J from Alaska, USA

I'm a dancer, and never have to worry about "falling out" or bouncing around too much in this. Submitted from TheUndies.com

Definitely no bounce with this bra but you have the typical tube boob smooshed look, but it gets the job done. Dana from West Haven, CT

I initially ordered a 36G (my reg bra size) and when I attempted to put it on, it was such a struggle. When I finally got it on, the girls were tucked up under my chin and crowding the pits and I could barely breath. sent it back got the 38H and it is so so much better....fits well, no overflow and keeps the girls where they are supposed to be. I ordered several high impact bras and this was the only one I kept. I needed to prevent bouncing while I worked out on the rebounder (mini trampoline). This works! It's very snug but fairly comfortable, and no bounce. K from Santa Cruz, CA

This bra is INCREDIBLE!! It doesn't have underwire, but it's extremely supportive and comfortable. I can jump up and down and I don't jiggle AT ALL. I am honestly thinking of wearing it to work!! Brandi from FRESNO

Luv this bra! I've been looking for a bra with comfort and support. This has a wide band which keeps my heart rate monitor strap in place. Very comfortable, even during high intensity movements. Will definitely be buying a few more. Fitness Diva from Sacramento

This is the best Sports Bra I have tried so far and I have tried a lot from Freya and Panache. This gets me through Zumba and my HIIT workouts without a bounce or an embarrassing dislodgement during a class. This bra is a very tight fit especially in the band which helps keep things in place, but if I was to wear this for yoga or more gentle workouts I would consider, and plan to, purchase another with a larger band size for that purpose. The only issue I have had with this bra is that some of the stitching was loose when I received it in the mail and came apart on the back band elastic completely after the first hand wash. I didn't return it because I was desperate for a bra and it was easy to fix, but it is always a little disappointing to purchase something new and have to repair it. The bra washes very well and air dries quickly. I will continue purchasing this bra. Jessice from Salem, Oregon

It is not the most attractive undergarment, but when you are exercising who cares? This bra is fantastic. I have never had a sports bra that held everything together so well. It takes all the strain off my back when I am exercising and makes it much easier. Very comfortable and love the adjustable straps (great for us shorties). This bra is fantastic. Great fit, awesome support. I don't feel like my breasts are pressed in, just feel them supported. I jog 3 miles a day and don't have to worry about bounce. Great bra!!! Mary from La Quinta

I thought the bra was well made. The shoulder straps were soft and strong . They did not dig in and minimized bounce. The problem is I ordered the biggest cup size (because it is a sport bra I knew to go bigger then my regular) and the cups were still way too small!! I have returned them (with no problem) and ordered another brand. Jackie from Wisconsin

This is by far my favorite sports bra. I would say for women who have larger breast and even pendulous, this bra is very supportive for all kinds of activity from running to jumping to low impact aerobics to walking. I never have to worry about "boob slap" if I'm running or jumping because of the encapsulation that this bra offers. Love it! I am already on my 4th one( impart to weight loss and having to decrease band or cup size.) Noemi from San Miguel, CA

This really is maximum support. I only gave it 4 stars because the band is quite tight. This is the most effective no bounce sports bra I've ever tried. lv from Prescott/AZ/USA

I returned the one I ordered as the cup was way too small. I had also ordered another brand and style that fit perfectly so maybe this one just runs small? It did appear to be well constructed, it was just a size issue.

Shock Absorber Response: We apologize you had a negative experience with this style. This bra runs true to size, try sizing up. Anne from Marietta, Georgia, USA

I bought this sports bra a few years ago in black, and wore it out. It does a GREAT job of keeping my ladies in place while I jump around, and made it possible for me to do plyo workouts without the pain of movement from my chest. I gave it four stars because the clasps on the back are starting to bend, and I have to hook them in the front, then turn the bra around in order for it to work properly. Even after I bought a different brand: Panache Sports 5021, I ended up coming back to this one because it does a much better job of ridding of 'bounce'! Katie from Louisiana
