The fit is good, and support sufficient...However, what I don't like is the styling. The underwires are too long and come up into my armpits, and are not snug to the body. I've been wearing it most of the day to get use to it, and I can't imagine how bad the chafing is going to be if I do jog in this bra. Also the lower band rolls up; it's completely useless - immediately upon putting it on, it rolled.

Shock Absorber Response: We're sorry you had a negative experience with this style. Try D+Max Support Sports Bra N109. It has the same features without the underwire. Nelda from Texas

The sides and underwire of this bra come all the way up to the crease of my armpit, making this bra too uncomfortable to wear for more than a few seconds. I've liked other Shock Absorber bras, but this one is clearly designed for a taller person, so I'll have to stick to the Panache sports bra.

Shock Absorber Response: We're sorry you had a negative experience with this style. Try D+Max Support Sports Bra N109. It has the same features without the underwire. Aimee from Washington, D.C.

I'm revising my earlier review. The wires are very poke-y in the under arm and one poked through its casing. The day after I wrote the original review, one of the hooks fell off and the others did not seem stable. I ended up machine sewing them on. So the bra now looks no so great. Fairly poor durability for 2 months of occasional wear. I won't be buying this brand again.

Shock Absorber Response: Perhaps a wire free bra would be a better option. Try D+Max Support Sports Bra N109. It has the same features without the underwire. Jen from New York, NY USA

Lighter than the Panache, and definitely sized smaller- I wish I had gone up yet another cup and band size, but I'd already worn it on a run. Underwires really cut in, but I found if I wore the bra high (bring straps way up) that eliminated the cut. Great bounce control. The Panache is my reigning favorite, though. Michelle from Texas

This is the perfect bra for me. I love to jog and take up Thai boxing and noticed this bra holds the girls in place very well. I only wish there were more color options so I can buy about 2 or 3 more in different colors. Overall, this gets a 5 star rating from me. Annie from Rancho Cucamonga

I actually think this sports bra will work -- maybe not 100%, but to a greater degree than any other model I have tried - and I have tried a lot, including Enell. Others - are impossible to get into alone, have straps too short so that they create shoulder strain, don't really surround the breasts completely, or are just not sized for ample breasts, no matter what the claims. I normally wear 36 or 38 bands with F/G/DDDD cups. I got - and am keeping - a 38 G -- just about right. The cup size IS ample, though- if this were a brick and mortar I would try on an E Cup - but this seems pretty close. I have only worn it on a walk, but jumped around some to see what the girl did - and - they stayed pretty much inn place . The only concern I have is that if your were doing, say, Yoga - those wires come up right under the armpit on the sides - and you can feel them on your arms. Perhaps in smaller sizes this wouldn't be the same. Anyway, I think that for riding and for any running/jumping movement, this bra works to keep the girls safe and stable. The band fit perfectly but the cup size was way too small. I have sent the original back for a larger cup size and in hopes of the perfect fit.

Shock Absorber Response: We apologize you had a negative experience with this style. This style runs true to size. We hope the larger cup size works out. Annie from Rancho Cucamonga

This bra worked wonderful for two months and then the wire just poked through the side today :(! I know I've read this means the band might be too big but it was so tight when I first got it, I couldn't wear a smaller band or I wouldn't be able to breathe. Nice fit, but not as sturdy as I would expect for the price.

Band size runs small compared to other brands.

Shock Absorber Response: This bra runs true to size, try sizing up to a 34 band. Joan from Easton, PA

As a full time ballet dancer, this bra was one of the only ones that supported me while dancing and compressed. Would love it more though if it had individual cups and slightly skinnier straps. Submitted from TheUndies.com

Bought for my 15 year old daughter. She's a runner and needed better support. She loves, loves loves this bra. Great support and looks so good she just wears it with shorts and goes. Mom from Dallas

Quality of the bra is great! Caution - the cups are smaller than the same size in the Panache 5021 sport bra. Debbie from Colorado Springs

I'm on the fence about this bra. There is good support and it minimizes jiggle, however, the underwire digs in my armpit really bad. It's okay if you are standing/jogging/walking; but if you do anything that involves bending over like rowing or weight lifting it is uncomfortable. I recommend using this bra for upright cardio only and wait to weight lift on another day.

Shock Absorber Response: Perhaps the D+Max Support Sports Bra N109 would be a better choice. It has the same features without the underwire. Michelle from League City

This is best support sports bra!!! I'm a 32F, it holds everything in place (no side spills) even when running. It is easy to put on, it looks good (no uni-boob). I would recommend this bra to anyone that needs max support... Planing to get other colors!!! Cammi from Birminham, Alabama US

I love the huge number of sports bras available at HerRoom, and the ability to see many of them "in action", in the videos. I HATE bounce and have recently lost weight, so had to try many different styles and sizes. I live far, far away from good retail stores, so HerRoom just fit the bill as far as providing me with so many options. This bra worked best for me. Don't even notice the girls when I'm doing air jacks, tucks, etc. This bra just keeps them in control ... AND, it's pretty darn attractive as well. Midge from Crested Butte,/CO/USA
