As most have previously stated, the top closure is a toughie, but I manage it with relative ease. It holds the ladies in without making me feel like my breasts are up to my eyeballs, and is made of good breathable material. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

Being so large breasted it is nearly impossible to find an attractive and well fitting sports bra. This is exactly what I was looking for. Great fit, great support and great appearance. It's a nice feeling being able to feel "normal" in a sports bra. Thank you for catering to larger breasted women.

Truly the ONLY bra that lives up to the name-absolutly no bounce!!! Before getting this bra, I had nearly given up on high impact exercise because it hurt too much. I searched for a great workout bra while I was nursing and trying to loose the baby weight as soon as the 6 wks was up (high impact exercise). It was a bit difficult to close myself, however, it is definitely worth the price! I will be using it again for the next baby weight recovery :)

Love this sports bra. Definitely no need to double up because it keeps everything in place. Only other thing that I would say is that you should order a cup bigger than what you think because I ordered the size that I measured and it's a little tight.

Great bra - holds the girls in place, however there are two setbacks: 1) My husband has to hook the upper part of the bra. There is the regular hookups and then another set between the shoulder blades. I cannot have this hooked up before I put the bra on - it's impossible. 2) It gives me the Uni-Boob and then they get sweaty and then I breakout. I LOVE my Shock Absorber Arc-Control Sports Bra B5046 - as I don't get the Uni-Boob, however the biggest cup size is DDD and I'm now a GG.

This bra was WAY too small and very difficult to get on and off. I will be returning it. I ordered another bra from a different manufacturer in the same size and it fit perfectly.

I walked into every sports store looking for support to hold the "girls" at a locked and loaded position, only to be left disappointed each and every time. I had even went to my specialty bra shop that I think is AMAZING; however, they didn't have what I was looking for. I don't like buying online because I can't be sure it will fit, but this bra is very very true to size. I LOVE IT!!! I am a 38G and I run 2 to 4 miles at least every other day. This bra is great if you are looking for a high impact bra and you don't want black eyes while running. I would suggest it to anyone. Plus it crosses in the back and that feature is hard to find. I can't wait to order more. It is WELL worth the money!!!!

I have always had large breasts, but in my second trimester of pregnancy, I had a terrible time finding bras to fit. I was excited to try the Shock Absorber bra and at first I was not disappointed. It feels good, and I love the construction of it. However, I do not feel as secure as I would like to. I am still happily wearing it often to walk, work out, and do yoga.

I'm normally a 32G to 32GG, so per the sizing chart for this bra, I went down to a 32FF. A little breast tissue peeks over the top (maybe I should ordered a G?), however, since sports bras need to be tight I'm keeping it. This one does a GREAT job of holding my breasts close to my chest and has very comfortable, padded straps.

Probably the best sports bra I've ever bought. Support without mashing. I wore it for over 12 hours yesterday and only at a bit of itching at the back. This may be due to the fact that I have very sensitive skin. A few more washings should soften it up enough to be perfect. I could live without the high price but it is worth it.

I guess I'm in the minority here in my opinion of this bra. I'm a 30D and have an extremely difficult time with sports bras. I usually wear a 00 in the Enell, but really wanted something less bulky and maybe more flattering. I bought this bra for running, but I felt like I wasn't even wearing a bra. That's how much bounce I had. The front of the bra is so low that I felt like I would pop out any minute. For me, this bra does not do the trick for running, so I'm back to the Enell. In all fairness, the band fit perfectly. I would order your true band size. I will use this for weight training, elliptical and bike riding. sent to vendor

A great bra. Doesn't completely eliminate bounce, but that might be because I bought a 34DD when I really wear a 34DDD. I would rather have it be too tight than too loose, though. It still fits, just not perfectly. But what I love is that there is NO stretch! None! Even the mesh on the back of the bra isn't stretchy. I recommend buying your normal bra size. Best sports bra I've owned so far, but I'm still gonna keep searching for the perfect one.

I really can not comment on the fit of this bra as it did not run true to size. I purchased a 34HH, however was unable to snap it and the cup was way too small.

Love this bra -- there is no movement whatsoever when I jog or jump. I wore it one day and immediately ordered another one. Comfortable, not that hard to get into, and very supportive.

My low review is for the terrible miss-sizing of this product. I made sure to size myself perfectly and double-check HerRoom's sizing charts before I made my purchase. I came up as a 28D, and after reading comments on the smaller scup size, I bought a 28DD. I could not be more disappointed. The bra is painfully restricting both around my ribs and my breasts. I tried wearing it for a few hours to stretch it out a bit to no avail. And now due to HerRoom's return policy I cannot return or exchange the bra because I wore it in full confidence that it would be sized properly. This is the second bra I have purchased from HerRoom that has not been sized the way the charts indicate. I doubt I'll buy from HerRoom again until I can be assured that the sizing is correct or the return policy is a little more forgiving.

Unfortunately I had to return this item b/c the cup size was a little small and there wasn't a bigger size. But i really liked the racerback styling and I think if there were larger cup sizes, it would have been great :)

This is not a high impact bra. Low impact maybe. Not enough coverage to qualify and material moves too much. Sending it back.

I absolutely rely on this sports bra. I have 4 of the same style and I don't know what I would do without them. I have this style in two sizes, 28E and 28F. I use the 28Es for running and horseback riding (when I have to sit a trot) and they have saved my breasts! I use the 28Fs for doing my regular barn chores, stretching, and kettle bell workouts. I had Freya sports bras that don't have the racerback; they don't come close to this Shock Absorber. It seems odd to me that everyone is complaining about getting into and out of this bra. It took me FOREVER to find a sports bra with a size 28 band that had a racerback and could hold up to my lifestyle. This bra is it. Sports bras that don't have the racerback just aren't as good: even when the straps stay in place, they can't keep the breasts where they should be. It helps that in both the cup sizes that I have, this bra has double hooks at the top AND bottom of the racerback closure so that I just hook it on backwards, flip it round and put up the straps. Maybe Shock Absorber needs to make them all that way...? Anyway, I've been very, very happy with mine. I've got in white, black, strawberry, and ocean, and I just ordered the teal from a UK based site.
