I'm 200 lbs and 5'2. It said to get a 1x, but I'm glad I went with the 2x. Otherwise it would have been tight. I thought it was very flattering as well as the hubby. Please note their is no under support for the breast area. The other part I didn't like was that it was very high waist. I would have preferred that it would have covered my hip area better.
