Very disappointing. I have 2 gowns from Shadow Line that I have had for years and loved them. I sent for these (even though they were $46 each) because the ad said "Nothing has changed in their products". Very wrong! I threw away all the tags, etc. because they fit yet they felt lighter. I've worn one of them a few nights and find the fabric of much poorer quality, less opaque, and less comfortable. Really wish I had saved the tags!

This garment was purchased for a close relative who asked me to purchase something for her burial and it had to be purple. I looked all over and found that funeral homes no longer provide this service. We were very pleased with the gown and robe and she looked beautiful. I was able to describe the gown to her before she died, she is blind and could not see it herself only thru my eyes. I know this is a strange story but I was never happier and more pleased. It is gorgeous! It makes me feel like a queen. I wear it just for myself, no one else. I love the way it makes me feel. I'm no youngster any longer, but this gown sure brings back a lot of memories of earlier times (LOL). I would recommend it to a lady of any age. It is so very feminine.
