The panties seemed to be of a good quality, however, I had to return them because of fit. I followed the size chart recommendation for a dress size 18/20, it said buy a size 8. I couldn't even pull them up past my thighs! They seemed more like a 5 or 6 in the waist area. I won't order these again.

I have sent these back. Waist too tight for a large-size panty. Rise too long. Leg elastic looked like it would irritate--not covered in cotton as I had hoped.

Great product! These under garments are wonderful. Full coverage both front and back. No more tugging to try and make things fit. A little pricey but you always get what you pay for, right? If you have ever worn Just My Size or Hanes full cut briefs and have been left wanting and very disappointed because those brands were too short in the front / back or because those brands have a crotch that does not cover for your size and shape try these (anatomically speaking I think Just My Size and Hanes have a crotch that is big enough for a 6 year old child)! Again full coverage front, back and they have a crotch that is wide enough to cover for full figured gals. And the material is substantial in thickness (instead of that see through "I can read a newspaper though it" crap that Just My Size and Hanes sell) smooth cotton with very nice elastic, well made garment. Sooooooo nice to finally find a well made, properly sized under garment that fits a full figure (especially that crotch being wide enough - Ladies you know what I am talking about)!!! I ordered these to wear while walking or working in the garden. The fabric has a very nice hand and the fit's slightly loose. The waistband was tight right out of the package, but was comfortable once I rolled it over. After laundering once (washer & dryer), they shrank to the point that they were snug and the waistband was uncomfortably tight. I'm going to return the 3 unworn pairs. If you buy these, I recommend sizing up 1 size from the size noted on Shadowline's size chart to allow for shrinkage after washing. Eileen from Alexandria, VA
