The bottom part of this item fit fine but the top was too loose no matter how tight you tie it and the part where the ribbon crosses the chest is much higher than in the picture which made it much less attractive. The ribbons are a hassle, too long and too difficult to tie both behind you and still get a comfortable fit. I was disappointed. EM from USA
