I am 5'8" and 150lbs and bust 34DD. I normally wear about 8-10 depending on the cut. I picked large on this size because I wanted to have a bit more room especially since it is for lounging and sleeping. But when I put it on it was a bit snug. It was as if I was trying to get into a size 6. Over all it is wearable and I can move in it. But if you order one go up a size if you want it to be a bit looser.
