If you're looking for "firm" control, I would order a size down from what you normally wear. I am a size 12 and the large was way to big to give me any kind of shaping benefits.The cut is also a little strange around the legs and is visible under jeans. They're not horrible but are definitely not "firm" by any stretch of the imagination.

Takes at least 2" off my stomach! More comfortable than other `trimmers`! I almost changed my order to a medium - glad I didn`t. I weigh abt. 140 and Large was struggle enough. Great Control Mary from Upstate New York
