I got these bras to use after shoulder surgery--when I needed the bra straps to be in closer to my neck than on a typical bra. The bra runs true to size. It fits and is comfortable. I have large breasts and usually wear an underwire bra. These bras do not come close to the support of an underwire, but under the circumstances (post surgery) they are a good, comfortable choice. I have more than one of these. One of them needs to be pinned to make the zipper stay up--the others do not. I'm not sure why. Terri from Chehalis WA USA
