Size: LThe garment doesn't allow room for each breast. Both are smashed into the bra together. The picture shows girls with smaller breasts. Larger breasts are NOT in individual pockets. Older women are not as firm therefore need more pocket-type space otherwise we looked crammed into this bra. Susan from California

Size: 3XI am a large woman carrying 130lbs extra. The higher the spandex % the better for D+ cup. I wanted the sides to be wide to hold in the rolls...i found this bra to be very comfortable...i do wish the sides were wider since when stretched the width decrease about an inch and half...so far this is the best i have found to wear during a workout in the gym. joan from superior
