Rago Response: Rago Shapewear is constructed of high compression fabrics knitted with 560 denier spandex which is very unique. The knitting process and cutting of garments can cause a variation unnoticed in inspection. This is rare but can happen . It should be noted that the rare inconsistent size variation , can change the shaping functionality rather misfit as it does with other garments like outerwear skirts, blouses etc. which are cut from static no stretch fabrics. In other words if smaller it will shoe firmer, if larger it will have less effective shaping. Some reasons for possible size variation could be consumers monthly body cycle changes, mislabeling in sewing area, finishing of fabric, top elastic measure variation. Mrs. King from Illinois
Rago Response: We regret your dissatisfaction. We would recommend washing the garment to loosen the starchiness of the material. As far as the bunching, every woman is shaped differently so our Capri might be too long for you. Karen from Suquamish, WA, USA
Rago Response: The garment could have been mislabeled, that is very unusual. I would suggest you try Rago shaper 518. Sharon from Orange City FL USA
