Nicely constructed and it feels good. I like that the top goes higher than the natural waist. I needed this for lymphedema in my legs but sure appreciate the control in the abdominal area too! I like that this pant liner has a firm hold, and also that the fabric is slick so that pants slide easily over it. And I would REALLY like it if the sizes which Rago has assigned to it matched OTHER manufacturers' size charts. I am usually a 2X, but 2X = 4X in "Rago-ese." Jeanne from LIncoln, NE USA

The firm control is very good but the open panel in the crotch area causes you to have to pull on the inset a lot and that wears out the inset. It would be better without the opening. Lori

This is the third time I've ordered this liner because it is, without doubt, the best I've found. You can't find a liner anywhere with this much control, comfort and perfect fit.
