I love my Perky Lift. I really like that I can adjust it to fit my body in 2 ways...at the bottom and on the straps. It is very firming in the belly and takes all the weight off my bra and shoulders. I really like this one piece, it offers nice control and great support for my breasts. This could be worn with or with out a bra, it offers enough support that I will probably wear without a bra, like a shelf bra! geigei from Boston, MA
