QT Response: Haven't heard a complaint about the straps before. But I have heard that the cups do seem pointy to some customers. I am sorry that the shape is not to your liking. rubyslipper from Sacramento, CA
QT Response: I think because you are 5'3" and under, yet wear a large cup and band size this problem is occurring. Sandy from San Francisco
QT Response: The only explanation I can think of is that this is a damaged product, it must not be sewn right. A review like this is highly unusual. Laura from Milwaukee
QT Response: This bra was fit on our 38C fit model and it was perfect. Our fit models are used by all the brands in the industry, so a review like this is rare. I am sorry this bra did not work for you. Carole from Hugo, MN
QT Response: You should probably try a 32C. Since you didn't refer to the band size being too small, a 34C may not work. Since the cup on the 34C is the same on the 32D cup, it might still pucker. Kathrine from USA
QT Response: It's hard to say if you need a different size since the wires are poking you in the armpits. The truth is that not every bra will fit every "body type" out there. Tonya from Michigan
QT Response: You can try a fabric softener, but bra's should always be hand washed. Brenda from WI/USA
QT Response: If you are a 32G, then you should try the 34DDD. When you go down a cup size you should always go up one band size and vice verse, if you go up a cup size then you should go down a band size. Lisa from Barkhamsted CT USA
