I've been wearing a B-cup my entire life and I'm somewhere between a 40 and 42 band for quite some time as well. The 42B in this bra is not in any way, shape, or form a B cup. This cup was at least a D. In contrast I ordered a 40B in another style and the cup was just what I was expecting. I know that some editors likes to come in and comment "you have the wrong size" but please take note - if you are a B cup in every other bra you have ever bought as I am, the B cup in this bra is more like a D equivalent. You have been warned. The quality of the bra itself was just fine. If my breasts were twice their size it probably would have fit.

Appeared to be well-made and seemed supportive, but the way the back was cut just hit me in the wrong spot and wasn't flattering.

When will they make a strapless bra that is comfortable! I purchased my bra size but found this to be way too tight and constricting. I know strapless is suppose to hold you up, but it should be comfortable around the band size.

QT Response: The band sizes should be a little snug to hold up the strapless bra, but they should not be uncomfortable. So I think if you go up one band size it should be just right.

Bought this on a whim in black, in a 34DD. Could possibly use a slightly firmer band, a 32, but the 34 was surprisingly snug. In the packaging the cups seemed very large (I've gained a little weight, and seemingly all of it has gone to my bustline) and in comparing it to another brand's 32D convertible bra in my drawer, it looked twice the size, which worried me. That said, it's very comfortable, and while it wasn't the sexiest strapless/convertible I've ever owned, the fit was spot on, and it definitely wasn't the most matronly I've ever tried. There is a substantial amount of padding towards the bottom of the cup for a push-up effect, so no worries about flattening your chest. I'm generally not a fan of padding since I'm so busty already, but it doesn't alter my silhouette too much. Overall, very pleased with my purchase. I'll buy several more at this price, though based on reviews I will definitely go down in the band when I purchase other colors. Bri from Orlando

Got this in Mocha & Black, and the black was much smaller in the cup (probably due to dye) - I had some spillage, so if in doubt go a cup size up. This is the first bra that is snug & firm enough where I might be able to go strapless! Not the most comfortable bra for every day with its boning and snug fit, but offers nice lift and support for dressing up with various necklines yet is low cut, which is hard to find in larger sizes :) Good value! I absolutely love this bra. I was a little disappointed that black is not offered in the 32DD, but it's an easy fix with the proper fabric dye. I love the price, and I love the quality I've gotten for the price. You guys saved me just as I was beginning to give up on the notion of buying a decent bra in my size for less than $60. The straps are just a little difficult to switch out, but no more than any other convertible I've dealt with. This is the first bra I've ever bought that does the job in strapless!! I was so excited to pull out all my halter tops this past summer. I had bagged them up to get rid of them because I looked awkward in them. I found the size to be just perfect, and before buying I had my husband take my measurements so I could put them into HerRoom's calculator. This bra isn't what I expected. It didn't fit me well in the cups and the fit was weird. I exchanged it for a different bra. Not what I would call a great bra.

Sizing was dead wrong on this bra. Every other B cup I have bought from anywhere else fit fine. This was way too big. Needless to say I returned it and will never purchase anything from this website again.

It's an ok bra. It still slips down during the day. I was hoping it would stay in place. I like that it has a three clip clasp instead of the usual two.

I was a little disappointed with the fit. The bra was a bit too tight around the my chest. Nevertheless when I used my bra extender, it fit just right. I've always have problems finding bras at my size so I was skeptical to order this one. However, it offers great support and would work well with and without straps. The only downside, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that since it's strapless, sometimes the hooks slide out.
