While most push-up bras are built with with metal or plastic underwires for support and shape, there are a few styles that are wire-free, with soft cups. Modern soft-cup bras can still have great support, especially when the cups are constructed of a rigid fabric. And, because of technological advances in materials, a soft-cup bra can provide the same cleavage enhancement as underwire push-up bras.
Push up bras are constructed of molded, contour cups that have graduated padding, either along the bottom of the cup or along the sides or both. The padding creates a fuller silhouette and maximum cleavage, without the underwire that some women find so uncomfortable. |
