Super comfortable and stays in place perfectly-- no slippage. (One reviewer mentioned they come out if you lift your arms up, but I think she must be wearing the wrong band size!) I was worried it might bother my sensitive skin, but it does not. I use it to help me comfortably fill out the top of my bra cups if they're the right underwire size but not the same shape as my deflated mom boobs. I gave it 4 stars only because it does not have a thin tapered edge, so in an unlined bra there is a visible line where it stops which would show under very tight-fitting tops. But it's less noticeable with a lined bra. Dorothy

I love this little gizmo. I had breast surgery that left me with one breast noticeably smaller than the other. These little inserts allow me to alter the size of only one breast. They are very realistic feeling, and stay in place nicely. Just the thing for me. Daisy from Maryville, TN

Being uneven in cup size has made buying bras a nightmare my entire life and really limited my bra choices. I'd tried other inserts but they always felt heavy or shifted around. This one is just as good as everyone else says. I completely forget I'm wearing it, except for the fact that the bras fit and look good! I'm really excited to be able to shop for bras and not worry about an even fit anymore. It's ideal in bras with pockets - I'd love if HerRoom would start carrying more of those!! I got these for a couple unlined bras I needed a little "help" filling out. Tried several different ways of seating them in the bras (at the underwire beneath my breasts, along the outer edge at the underwire), but I could never get them to sit just right, and it was always really obvious that there was something else in the bra along with me--a not-so-subtle line between my breast tissue and the product. They got the little wrinkles out of my bra cup, but added a lump/line that screamed "I'm padding." I can't decide if it was more padding than I really needed, or if the pad wasn't quite wide enough or tapered enough for my needs. Was looking to fill out bra after lumpectomy. My incision is on upper part of breast, so this particular insert didn't work. Would not stay in place. Would probably work better in bottom of cup. Returned. Quality of product was good.

Great item, will probably buy the Jump-a-Cup too. Just gives you a little more oomph or helps to position your cleavage. I could not feel them in my bra either, they just comfortably mold to your shape. K.

Doesn't "bump" to any discernible degree and tends to slip out bottom of bra if you lift your arms up.

Love this insert! I do not even notice it after it warms to body temperature. I actually forget that the insert is inside my bra & I have to remember to reach in the bra to retrieve the insert...it just feels so natural! I am a 38 DD size on my larger breast and this insert perfectly sizes my smaller breast to achieve the same fit & cleavage. The insert molds perfectly to the shape of my breast and it feels perfectly natural-not too firm like many inserts. You can not tell that I have a considerable size differential. Definitely adds some lift, but doesn't work with all bras. If your bra is too light weight or not sturdy enough, the inserts will slip from below it. So, don't use them with a light weight bra and then go dancing! M from San Jose
