The tape has a backing to keep the adhesive clean and a trim lining around the outside to prevent the tape from sticking to itself and to keep its structure while you apply it. Four easy steps to wearing Pick-Me-Up: 1. Ensure skin is clean and dry (do not put on moisturized skin). 2. Remove the backing of the tape. 3. Place the non-adhesive area over the nipple. Good in theory but not in practice. Ended up wasting a pair because the directions were not practical. Picture instructions are needed because I had no clue what they were talking about. Very frustrating when I was counting on these for a special event and had to end up going braless!

I think my breasts are too large (DD) for them to look right. I read the reviews before purchasing so I expected it may be the case. I think that for smaller breasts (C or smaller) these will work great - I will pass them on to a friend to use instead. Michelle from Wisconsin

I struggled getting the backing off the first one I tried to put on and ended up getting it stuck to itself, so into the trash it went. The second one I was able to get on, but it really didn't provide the support I was looking for. Won't buy again. :( WorkingMom from Boulder, CO

The breast lift tape did not work for me. When taking the white part of the tape to put it on if your not careful the tape gets all twisted and you can't tape it on your breast. I tried 2 of them and the same thing happen. Regla from Miami, FL

The non-sticky area that goes over my nipples is brilliant. It held them in place so that they didn’t pop-out to say hello and didn’t hurt at all when I took off my tape. Amy
