These covers are great. I had bought other silicone nipple covers before but all they did was make my nipples look bigger, like a young girls. These flattened them out and stayed put in 90 degree weather all day long. They don't totally conceal the color of darker nipples, but they do give you a smooth shape in the thinnest of shirts! These work exactly as they are advertised to work. They stay on great and provide a smooth look under clothing when a bra cannot be worn. I wore them under a formal dress that was thin and low cut, and they completely covered the nipples. Katherine from SC

Excellent - allows you to wear almost anything no matter how sheer or awkwardly cut and allows bra less freedom, although at the expense of the enhancement a bra provides. Great for strapless or spaghetti strap garments, wide necklines, and under a Speedo when being streamlined is the goal. Unfortunately, the "reusable 20 times" claim is stretching it in my experience, even though I only apply these after freshly washing with soap and drying. They are fine for 20 times under a fitted garment, but I wouldn't trust them near the end of their life cycle for something loose. The edges also tend to loose sticking power and pick up lint over time. Instead, my retired Smooth'ems get used for swimming. I'd give it 5 stars if they could make it so the adhesive could be more renewable. Julian from Chicago

Just got these today and tried them. They will make an improvement but they do not actually completely smooth out . I would say that this product makes them about 50% smoother. I will have to continue to add another layer on top of them to do this. I think I will be satisfied by this improvement but needed to make notice that this product will not completely do the job for some of us. Jay from USA

As a "natural" 32 D it's so hard to find a comfortable bra that alot of times I'd rather just go without...however, I'm also a very modest person & so I've had quite the dilemna! I've tried so many products in the past it's ridiculous. Now I have freedom! With or without a bra these covers do their duty with no hassle and perfect comfort. They are virtually undetectable and so discreet...I LOVE THEM! I will definitely be buying more of these little beauties... I liked these as much as another kind called dimrs except these have a shorter life span because they do have an adhesive. They are considerably less expensive than some others and do an outstanding job. I think if they were to adhere just from the heat of your body they would be a full five stars and more if possible! These are great other than the "sticky" is in the middle of the concealer and hurts the nipple when pulling off. They should only put the sticky around the edges like on the breast petals. Other than that, I love 'em. Connie from Tifton, GA USA

Despite the rating of 4 (vs. 5) I am actually happier with them than it sounds. The adhesive is light and did not irritate my nipples and I obtained adequate nipple coverage without choosing the higher-priced brand. The reason for a 4 and not a 5 is that there was still some nipple showthrough (though no areolar showthrough) under lightweight garments like a t-shirt and that the edges of the concealers, while tapered down, did not perfectly feather so that on close scrutiny it could be said that I was wearing little cups on my breasts since the edges did have some mild showthrough. Nonetheless, I am still overall happy with them for they are easy to wear and they do offer an alternative to raw bareness that makes me feel like my breasts are on too much display. I can't wear a bra for a few weeks yet (healing incision after a back surgery) and the Girlfriends Smooth'em Concealers do help with the self-consciousness issue though not totally perfectly. Since I'd say about 80% improvement, that's my final rating and, yes, I would buy them again. Andrea from Tucson, AZ

I just wanted to write and let you know that this product has absolutely changed my life! I basically have no boobs, so no bra fits right and I just don't want to wear one anyway -- why have all that icky elastic and constriction if I don't need it. But what to do about the nipples? This product is absolutely the answer. I just got them today and went to a town board meeting at which I would typically be slouching to hide my nipples, or squirming and gasping for freedom in an uncomfortable bra. Instead, I stood up in front of all these guys, did my little presentation and went home completely happy, without having once thought about the state of my breasts. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
