wish I had found these sooner. I have been wearing masectomy inserts for years and they get very hot and sweaty so I have been using socks to cover them until now! these covers are excellent and fit my 34C insert beautifully michelle from seattle, wa

Love the fabric, color, and construction. I do think the covers I have were made for a fuller insert than I ordered, since there's lots of extra fabric. No matter, though, it's a small matter, and I'm very pleased with the covers over all. Daisy from Maryville, TN

I just got married and had my seamstress sew my Jump-a-Cups into my gown. The only way to do this was with Cover-a-Cup. It's brilliant. Without Cover-a-Cup, you basically have to use the old foam, hard inserts which are really bad. Silicone inserts are so much more natural looking and feeling, but of course you can't sew into them - the silicone will ooze everywhere. ... enter Cover-a-Cups! A few stitches into the inside of my gown and Voila! All my problems were solved. After the wedding, i slipped my Jumps out of the covers and brought them with me on my honeymoon. These little covers saved me! Holly from San Diego, CA

These are so comfortable I can't believe what a difference they make. Now I can wear my jump-a-cups all the time and always feel great. I bought them in black and nude so that I've got flexibility. Leslie from oakland, ca

These are amazing! I get hot and love inserts but sometimes having silicone next to my skin is annoying. These cotton covers rock. I get all the shape from my inserts and no more silicone. I saw the review about it being too big for Bump-a-Cup and understand that point. But I like the size. It makes it flexible so that you don't have to buy different covers for different size inserts. Buy one - use it on all of them. Great buy - great solution. Totally worth it! Rachel from Newport Beach, CA

I've got the Bump-a-Cup too (as well as the Bump&Jump-a-Cup) and, yes, these covers are a little large for the covers but it was a simple fix--the small effort was definitely worth it for the feel of the cotton! I placed Bump-a-Cup in the cover against a seam, folded the excess fabric in an envelope-like way (not tucking), and used their fashion tape (called Stay Put) to keep the cover closed. I found that the envelope-like fold was the best way for me to get flattest fold and clean closure. Of course a little hand sewing would do the trick too, but I wanted to use these for Bump&Jump-a-Cup too and the few seconds it takes is well worth the results I get! I may just sew this into my favorite bra, but I'm not sure yet : ) If you prefer the feel of cotton, these covers are incredibly soft! Nina B from Hollywood, CA

Nice feel on the fabric next to my skin. However, these covers are a little too large for the half cup bra inserts called "Bump-A-Cup'. They may be fine for the larger bra inserts but I would not recommend these unless you are handy sewing. I actually have to tuck part of the cover under while it is in my bra and this tends to make a small visible lump. I will need to take a needle & thread to the cover to make it fit correctly.
