These really work well, lift where you did not think it could happen. I ruined several however due to the paper backing sticking to the adhesive, thus rendering them useless. I have been a D-cup since I was 13. Because of this, I have always stayed away from any clothing that doesn't allow me to wear a bra. I will be in a wedding wearing a dress with a halter top and I didn't want to have to struggle with a corset bra. These things are amazing!! I wore them around the house to try them out and was awed by how well they work. I did jumping jacks in them and had less movement than I do wearing a super deluxe sports bra. I love these things. I have so many cute shirts that I can't wear a bra with, but because of my sagging size D breasts, I look terrible without a bra.
