Playtex 18 Hour Comfort Strap Front Close Bra 4695 Reviews

This is a well made, attractive bra. I purchased it because another person with arthritis said it was the only bra she could wear. Unfortunately, I have arthritis and limited range of motion and limited strength in my shoulders, and the elastic on this bra, which I'm sure helps provide excellent support, was so strong that I was unable to pull the bra closed. The cups, when I put it on, were under my armpits and it was just too difficult to try to pull it around me, even though my band size was definitely correct. I'm sure I could have struggled into it, but the point of purchasing the bra was to try to decrease the pain and discomfort of putting on a bra, so I had to return it. Renata from Chicagoland

I love the front hook bras. This one has a tendency to ride up in the back. I wonder if I should have gone a size smaller around. I was afraid it would have been to tight. But I think I will order a smaller size next time in hopes it will cure this problem. Ehop from Plant City, Fl

Having lost weight, thought a smaller bra in size and cup was needed. I was wrong because it didn't fit as well as my older 18 hours bras, but not bad enough to return. Unfortunately, a day's wearing of this bra produced a huge bruise where the front clasps are located. The pain, combined with a lack of true support via underwire, caused. Much regret for purchasing this style of bra though the elastic scaffolding and plenty of fabric should have done the job but didn't. Barbara from Castleton, VA, USA

I don't have a comment on the bra because I do not wear that size, I purchased the bra for a trial, our client was the size of the bra. However I would like to comment on HerRoom's wonderful customer service, I had a mess up on the purchasing and accidentally purchased 2 of the same thing and HerRoom immediately contacted me and asked if I wanted both orders. I was so glad they took the time to call and make sure the double order was correct, it truly surprised me and I appreciate it, and the customer service since I have ordered has been awesome, and the prices are good too. I ordered the same bra in 44c and 44d so my opinion is the same for both. Being front closing I thought it would be easier to close because of arthritis in hands/arms,. It was impossible to work it around on the back to cover breasts. Now I know, and won't order front closing ones again. The other ones I ordered were just fine.
