This style was supposed to replace the bra style I've had for a while and which fit very well. Having added a little weight, I needed to replace my previous bras so ordered this "replacement" style in one size bigger. It was even smaller than my 42B so I now have to try a 46B or 48B. This bra was bought for my 87 year old mother in law. Her arthritis and severe back problems made it nearly impossible to fasten a conventional bra. She lives in a very rural area, no stores around that would carry quality front-hook bras of any quality. I discovered Her Room on-line and had dozens to choose from - she loves the fit of this, how easy it is to fasten, and the posture back really supports her back. A home run, will buy her a few more. Your product arrived in time for me to wear it to my granddaughter's wedding 2 days later. I'm very pleased with the style, but since I hadn't bought bras in several years, I didn't realize that my back had broadened so much from scoliosis. I really wanted to keep the bra, it felt very comfortable but the cups were to big. I am not a big woman, I just have a broad back. Unfortunately most bras do not come in a 42A. I received the bra quickly, and considered keeping it despite the large fit, but you could see it though shirts that it did not fit flush against by breasts, so back to searching! alison from NC

This is a very nice bra, made well and stays in place on your back. Because the straps are like a racer back style, they will show if you're wearing a top with a wider neck opening than a T-shirt. Sarah from Ohio

The garment fit is good and definitely serves my purpose. But straight out of the box I noticed an odor that led me to wash the garment before wearing; and the smell is still there. Apparently the materials used for construction have the odor. It is VERY, VERY hard to get it out of the garment regardless of the number of times aired, washed or worn. I bought 4 of these bras thinking they were the same as I had always bought. What a surprise! The new style is awful! The plastic on the straps gouge me hard enough to make a bruise. The back shaping lets all my fat pooch out and makes me even more unsightly. The straps come in so close to my neck I can't wear most of my summer shirts without them showing. I have worn the old style as long as it has been on the market! Bring it back!! who ever designed this has to be a man or someone who weighs 98 lbs. Please, please, please bring back the old style so I can have the new bras I need. Lo from Indiana

I have been having problems with straps staying up on most bras. This bra has solved this problem. This bra also is very supporting. Front closing bras I take one band size larger. I mentioned this to a friend and she listened to me and also was one band size larger. If your bra is too hard to put on in a regular size, this could work for everyone, I feel. Very comfortable, I've had great problems with straps falling down (sloping shoulders) and side spillage out of a bra, this bra has fixed both.
