Average shipping speed, packaged well. Nice fit for someone who doesn't have much to "brag" about. Was looking for an "A" cup, but couldn't seem to find one. I am very happy with my bras. I bought the first one to give it a try because I don't find the right ones. They are comfortable, they are very soft and gentle. You must wash them by hand. I tried in the machine and was not a good idea. I rated 4 because I am always looking for the perfect one but this one is a very good choice for my size, etc. HerRoom makes wonderful packages, so it is a gift for myself.
