You must order this a cup size larger than what you wear in bras. I ordered it my bra size and the cup is smaller. Since I have large breasts, it was a bit embarrassing when first wearing this in public. I did not have time to exchange it before vacation. I had to stretch it out on my dress form before we went. This has absolutely no padding whatsoever, which may work for some people, but did nothing for me. I did not feel supported whatsoever, and I was not pleased with the lack of adjustment in the back band. I will be returning these shortly. Michelle from New Jersey
