Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback and for being a fan of our bras! Unfortunately in some cases (particularly in petite women), our wires tend to come up a bit higher (in G and up cup sizes). This is not the case with all the bras, but it does happen. One suggestion is to try going down a cup size and see if the wire hits you at a lower point. Our designers are addressing this issue in the future styles. Bekah from Pennsylvania
Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback! We are disappointed to hear about the discomfort with this bra. Sometimes washing the bras can soften the elastic a bit more and in some cases it takes a bit to “break” the bra in. Andorra style 5675 is one of comfiest bras so I’m really surprised to hear your feedback, however every person is prone to different sensitivities. Janis from Louisiana, USA
Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback. Please review the HerRoom Bra Fitting Page and order a size or two up. Style 5675 is a great supportive yet comfortable stretch lace everyday bra. The stretch on top of the cup provides great flexibility in fitting especially if cup sizes are uneven. Tb from Phoenix
Panache Response: Thank you for being a Panache customer and your feedback! We are really sorry to hear about your painful experience though and I might have some good news for you! In an effort to improve comfort and support, we are looking to shorten our wires in the near future on this style as well as all the other new styles that we are introducing. Having said that, I believe Elsa Balconnet Bra 6691 has a lower wire so I would recommend trying that. Also try SuperBra Tango II Underwire Bra 3251 and see if you find it to be more comfortable! Tamari from SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Panache Response: Thank you for your feedback! Every so often the bras tend to run differently from style to style depending on fabric, finish or pattern. Please do try to go up to 36DD (or Universal Cup Size 36D2) and see how that looks! I think you will be pleased. You could also try Andorra Lace Bra Style 5675, it is a great shape and is super comfortable, supportive while still super pretty. Donna from Wardlaw
HerRoom Response: It's definitely important to be in the correct size, otherwise the bra will not work as it's supposed to. Please refer to Tomima’s 3 Steps to a Fabulous Fit for more information on the fit of your bra.
