I normally wear a 40 DDD in US sizing. Using the panache size chart, I ordered a 40E, their equivalent of my size. I will have to exchange it for the next size up. The cups are just a tad too small. The wires don't settle against my chest between my breasts, and I spill out of the sides a little bit. Since it doesn't fit, I can't comment about bounce control unfortunately. I have been properly fitted and wear all of my regular bras like a dream so I can only guess that Panache is made a tiny bit small. Hopefully their 40F (US 40G) will fit better. My rating would be higher because of the coverage of the bra but after 3 days the underwire busted through the bra. I am returning it for a new one. I really like it because I feel really secure but because my mom spent so much on it, I did not expect it to tear after 3 days.
