Excellent control and very comfortable. Have not worn for a long period of time but I believe you would be comfortable all day. Stays up nicely with very little slide-down/roll-over due to the "grippers". Works good with my bras , fits just below. Was a little concerned about that due to my height. Great addition. This is amazing! IT DOESN"T ROLL I bought 2 pair for Vegas 1 L the other XL..Both fit great the L was a little snug but looked amazing under a dress and with jeans. I am a size 14 jeans and didn't want the control in my butt just my tummy and sides. Slimmed me down beautifully and was comfy. I recommended it to a few friends and they love it too.
