Well made and provides firm control. I actually wear it inside out as this keeps the seams away from my skin. It is more comfortable for longer periods of wear. It can be worn as a thong but it was originally meant to conceal everything by pushing your package down and back to create a smooth flat front. (That is why the pouch is so small.) There are some technical details involved in doing this correctly, as it is not obvious. It might be helpful to include instructions. Jose from Seattle

I love this underwear. I have 20 pairs of underwear in all and 15 are this pair. The other five are really great fitting thongs. I have a big package so the bulge look is really great. I was really satisfied, because when I first tried them on in the store when the supervisor was helping me, at first it was hard to fit my whole package into the tight fitting thong. The waist fitted perfectly, but the front pouch was a bit too small. I had the salesperson get me a bigger size and it was perfect... It gave me a lot of support and gave my hangers less strain and a lift from hanging all day long. I love this thong! Get one size larger that your waist for those big packaged men... I should have got a large. Order one size up from what your waist really is. The product is good, I just got the wrong size... it fits a bit tight so I just kept it because I don't wear it every day. JD
