Works well with regular bras, even though I've had a radical mastectomy. I don't like mastectomy bras. They are much too cumbersome, as I'm not a large person and don't need that much support. Marj from Omaha NE USA

Do not hesitate to buy these enhancers. I had a lumpectomy four years ago and have been using the water filled enhancers with a smooth polyester finish. When my husband found one lying in the driveway when he went out to get the paper one AM, I was so embarrassed. Did my neighbors see that?!? This convinced me that I had to act and find something that wouldn't slide around in my bra as I had been dealing with this for four years! I went to the web and researched a lot of websites and found HerRoom. Believe me, their products have the best reviews out there because there products are awesome! I purchased the Size 3 (I'm a 38D) because I just needed to increase the one side due to the lumpectomy. I'm so pleased with these enhancers; they do not move and they look and feel great. I am still unsure about this item. It seems to add some lift but not a as much as I would like. I have a broad frame and after multiple children and surgery to ensure freedom from cancer, I have gone from an E/F cup to sometimes a C and it's driving me crazy. I was hoping this would give me a little more fullness, but it just doesn't seem to be enough. I am pondering whether I will return the item or not.

Nearly Me Response: The Enhancers are only a breast enhancement product. These only enhance and is not for someone that needs to go up full cup sizes due to tissue removal or breast reduction. I have included a few styles that would be better alternatives. Got these to help me fill out a costume. They're not sticky, which initially made me nervous, but the corset-style of the bodice held them in place wonderfully well. I have not worn them with any other outfits yet (i.e. in a bra), but I definitely will if the need arises. They're very comfortable and look great! RoRo from Davis CA

The only reason I didn't give these a 5 star rating is the sizing. I'm petite, and have small breasts, so after comparing the measurements listed on the website for the size 2 and size 3, I ordered a 2, not wanting a product that would be too big. The size four adds about two cup sizes, so I am guessing that each size adds half a cup size. They do get larger and broader as the sizes increase, so if you are petite the large ones may not fit in your bra very well. They feel very comfortable; not hot or sticky like some cheaper versions I've tried in the past. Actually I wear both on one side. It fills in nicely from a lumpectomy that I had several years ago to give me a more even look. This was something that I have searched for years to find. Better late than never. I more confident now. I was disappointed in the size of the enhancement. The chart showed size 4 to be suitable for 34 B. When they arrived, I was shocked at how big they were. They do not fit into a size 34 B bra that I had. They are also very heavy. I won't be able to use them. Kathy from Jacksonville, Fl USA

The quality of product is amazing. Pads have little weight so when you walk,pads are moving naturally. The only thing I would advise - if you have breast A size - don't buy pads 3 size. And I also liked service by the way. Thank you! Olga from Brooklyn,NY

Best thing I have found for balancing uneven breast size. One thing that I have noticed is that the color changes over time. Since I only wear one at a time, a set lasts me a long time. However, I think they have a shelf life of about six months if you are wearing every day. I wash them with cool water and soap - don't know if that impacts the color. They darken and turn slightly gray over time. I like that these don't show through my bra (I am about a 34C and the form fits in my bra well) and there is no visible line at the edges if I place it well. I also think that the shape is natural, although there is no nipple. I find that if I wear a form with a nipple, the form moves a little and the nipple ends up in a weird place. These are "neutral" and don't have that problem. I have worn these in a bathing suit that has a pocket for thin foam and they look good. ELM

Having had radiation due to breast cancer, these enhancers have evened out my breasts. I spent years looking for bras that would fit well. Also, they give wonderful cleavage.
