Fits better than every other bra I have tried. The thick straps are what I have always looked for. The customer service was also fantastic. I ordered a size too small, asked for advice based on my measurements, then found out I am a 34D. The bra fits like a glove. Would recommend to anyone. Kim from US

Just didn't fit me right, the back was very small and not well designed to offer enough support for my size

Natori Response: This sounds like a size issue. Reflex offers full fit support while molding to your natural shape. If the back feels small, I would suggest going up a band size. Carol from USA

This is the second of this bra I ordered, the first was several weeks ago. The first seemed a bit large, but was so soft and overall wonderful that I ordered another, even though I have other brands that fit better. The second one, even though the same size (by the label) is a perfect fit. When I compare the two, the bands are the same length, but the cups on the first one are nearly 1/2 inch bigger in all dimensions (same size on the label, remember). No wonder it seemed too big, I suspect the first one I received weeks ago was mislabeled or mis-manufactured. However, this bra style is so terrific, I intend to order more, as I don't expect that issue again, but if so, I will know to look for it next time and return any problem ones. wlw from Washington DC

Perfect natural shape,smooth under anything. washes well, memory foam goes right back into shape out of a suitcase. Be aware that this is a very large DDD. I normally wear the next larger cup size but in this bra I wear DDD. I only ever buy a different bra because of the wide straps on this one. I might try rolling under the widest part of the strap edges and hand sewing them to be narrower. A thinner strap would make this my only bra.. Judith from Palm Springs, CA, USA

I just received the bra today. I tried it on and the support and cup size is great, and the feel of the cups is nice. However, I am allergic to metal so I may have to change the hardware on the straps if I do not send it back for a refund. :( I would have also liked a wider back as in three rows of hooks and possibly some back fat management. I really like the support and comfort of this bra. It gives a nice flattering shape to form-fitting tops. I think it may be sized a little on the big side. I usually buy a 34 which is snug. This feels more like a 35. Deb from Pennsylvania
