The material is fantastic, but the fit is horrible on me. The top of the cup cuts into my breasts and it is not because the cup is too small. The material at the bottom of the cup near the underwire bunches just as a cup too large would do. The underwires are also very stretchy (if you pull the band you can see the wires widen, or move with the band). That doesn't work for my narrow frame because then the wires don't even support my breasts (it ends up laying too far away from where my breast tissue ends).

The fit of the bra really does depend on your own body type/shape/size; for me, it just didn't work at all. I have read other successful 30A size reviews on it; I wish I could say the same.

After wearing this bra 3x, the plastic connecting piece tore. I took it to a good dry cleaners to repair. They showed me it was irreparable as there is not enough fabric to sew a replacement piece of any type of stretchy material onto. I am 5'5", very fit at 135 lbs, and relatively UN-endowed but have been professionally fitted several times at a major upscale retail dept. store you all know. Now I understand why that dept. store no longer carries this bra.

Natori Response: We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Natori is known for their super soft/fine, high quality fabrics and materials, which is what makes the bras extremely comfortable. This however also means that the garments are more delicate then a lot of other bras. Thus, they require gentle care and washing. anonyms from Oakland/California/USA

This is the only convertible bra in a 30dd (at a reasonable price) and probably other less common sizes as well. It's not as comfortable as other bras, which come in these sizes, but it is comfortable enough to compromise for that all important convertibility. Otherwise, it's lightweight and great for traveling. Anonyms from California

I've been wearing this bra for several years and recently purchased another one. It's a great bra -- lightweight, extremely comfortable, really nice fabric. It doesn't show under t-shirts. Gives me good support, though not much cleavage. Overall, love this bra! Diane from New York City

Love this bra. It is just thick enough to be comfortable without feeling padded. It is slightly shallow in the cups - as measured I'm a perfect 30C, but tend to have fuller upper parts of my breasts, so the D covers me better. The mesh material is soft and it gives enough support to be quite comfortable. Lauren from Chicago

I am not kidding you. This is the first time that a bra has fit. I have been struggling for years. I was always told that I was a 32 and I am not!! Thanks. Lois from Parker, Colorado

I really really really wanted to like this bra, but it's just not working for me. It's a very lightweight bra, which at first I was excited about (I was looking for something to wear in very hot weather). However, the downside of that was that I had some show-through. Also, the stitching on one side of the underwire seemed to be unraveling a bit and felt itchy on my skin. So it's going back. Size was right on, though. Oh well, I hope you have better luck with it! This bra fits beautifully. I am petite but often size 32 bra cups are too close together so the outer end of the wire pokes me uncomfortably. These cups are perfectly spaced, so if you have that problem this bra will work well for you- there is no 'spilling out' at the underarm area! My only complaint is a minor one- I think the cups are a tad smaller than some other brands. I am a full C, and the C works for me, but just barely. Lisette from Chicago

I don't know whether Natori didn't originally make DD sizes and that's why it turned out like this, but anyone needing to buy a DD should be aware they're designed differently than other cup sizes in this bra. You can see it in any store that carries the bra by comparing a DD to any other cup size; the plastic gore is only half as wide in DDs as in all the other sizes. For those who need more space between the cups, like me, this makes a big difference. It's painful the moment I put it on, which makes it completely unwearable.

Comfy but sizing is a touch small. Would be better for me if tagless. Sabrina from Central MN

best bra ever. feels like you are wearing nothing at all but perfect nipple coverage. note- i think most bras squish my breasts together-this one has a decent amount of space between the cups. if your breasts are close together, or you want the bra to do this for you, this may not be your bra. z from zz

Dealt with age related flatness at the top of my breasts, a nice plunge without looking like one is pouring out of your top, and the material is not too thick. Joan from Texas

Once I realized that I needed the 32dd as opposed to my usual 32d, WOW, if this is not the perfect bra, it's the closest I have ever got! The fit is fabulous, the padding is so light that it feels as if I'm wearing nothing, only my confidence. I highly recommend it! Jessica from New York City

This is the best bra ever. It doesn't have any unnecessary padding, and it's low cut. It can be worn with all types of shirts. Submitted from TheUndies.com

It's lightweight and doesn't show under form fitting or low cut shirts. There's no unnecessary padding, and the position of the straps can be changed. This is the best bra ever. Submitted from TheUndies.com

This bra fits very well and is comfortable. The wire does not dig into the breastbone as so many do. For those who prefer non-padded cups, it has just the right amount of lining. I am not a fan of the plastic band between the cups - I am wary of how it will hold up over time and how hot it will be in the summer. IJAngel from Scottsdale, AZ

this bra is truly awful. it was itchy and uncomfortable. worst of all, there's way too much space between the cups (i'm petite but haven't had this problem with other 30Ds) and it gave me an awful quadra-boob look. it went back right away. anon from pa

I have been testing this bra for 10 days now and would have given it five stars, except on my boyish chest, the cups don't give the breasts as much shape as the Natori Classic T-Shirt bra. This sheer mesh bra is far more comfortable and elegantly designed than the Natori T-Shirt bra, but you need to try it on under a tight knit turtleneck to see how it shapes the flatter chest size. I bought this item with a fitter helping at Bloomingdales. I would never buy a bra online without having had one before or tried it before. I already had one and wanted another in black. Judith from Newton MA USA

I have such a hard time finding bras with a small enough cup/band size, I love this one. As other reviews say, the cup size is smaller than most bras. It chafe to begin with, but that is going away with washes and wear. Michie from Sacramento, CA, US

Great low cut bra that doesn't show under most deep v-neck tops. Fits smooth under most clothes without wire line showing. Runs a little small - great for us petite women (I bought the 30A and exchanged it for 32A). Natori bras are worth buying. Shawn from San Jose/CA/USA

I agree that the plastic tab in the middle is too long , it should be adjustable for those of us that need the cups to be closer together. I prefer the cups to have a push up inside. The bra was a very disappointing fit for my petite frame. I usually wear lilly of france with the adjustable middle. This was not flattering for me. Jay Jay from Morganville NJ USA

I love Natori bras and think they fit fantastic! I love this bra, but it does seem to run smaller than Natori's other bras (their demi bra is also smaller...). I usually wear a 32d, but am kind of between a 32d and 32dd in this size. I am opting for the larger, so I don't have the "spill-over" at the top of the cups. texasgirl from houston, texas
